This hotel was a great place to stay. It is located right opposite the train station so it’s very central. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds. Their breakfast was tasty with lots of selection. They subsidize parking in a nearby parking garage as there is no street parking. Enjoyed our stay!

Very good reception staff, clean comfortable room, nice breakfast. It is opposite the train station but still nice and quiet. Convenient location. Namur is doing a lot of work to attract tourist such as improving the ' delta'area where the rivers meet, there's also the Citadel , cable car, plenty of bars etc. Station carpark is euro25 per night but the hotel has a special rate of euro 10. We enjoyed it - despite the junkies around the car park entrance

I stayed for just one night. Wish it could have been more. A friendly welcome at reception, and a large spacious room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is quite large and traditional. I was pleased I chose to stay here. The location is good, opposite the railway station, and very close to the shops, restaurants, bars and the sights. A very good price too.

Surprisingly comfortable rooms in this hotel literally across the street from the train station. Air con, mini bar, kettle - a bath! For the price, it was fantastic. Lost 1 star because while the reception staff were great, the cleaners (three of them, clearly without enough work to do) were chatting outside my door for well over one hour at 8am, which woke me up much earlier than I needed and really irritated me.

The staff was really helpful. The food was good overall but the croissants were the best version for breakfast. The room was not very clean, there was dust on the covers and on the headboard but the rest was clean. The location of the hotel was great.

L'hôtel a sûrement connu sa belle époque, mais il est un peu vieillot aujourd'hui. Les chambres sont petites et celles qui donnent sur l'intérieur ont un côté oppressant. La connexion wifi est laborieuse, il faut se reconnecter à chaque fois que l'on quitte l'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le gros point négatif, c'est le type de population aux alentours qui ne vous fait pas vous sentir en sécurité. J'aurais mis 4 étoiles a l'hotel s'il n'y avait pas eu ce dernier point.

Cet hôtel est une vieille dame . Elle a été belle, elle a été riche et elle vit maintenant de ce qui lui reste d'économies. Elle mériterait qu'on la soigne et qu'on l'habille mieux car elle a beaucoup donné. Ce n'est pas le côté un peu désuet qui est gênant. Au contraire, il est charmant, avec cette entrée art-déco et cette porte splendide. Mais on ne comprend pas l'ascenseur sinistre, les chambres sans goût, la réception si bizarrement installée (le personnel est très bien). Cet hôtel est-il en réfection ou le laisse-t-on simplement aller ?

Personne à la réception ne nous a donné de ticket pour le parking, nous avons dû payer 25e pour la première nuit. En rentrant le deuxième soir nous avons trouvé chambre et salle de bain allumées, les serviettes sales entassées sous le lavabo, le seau de la poubelle plein et posé près du wc, la boîte à serviettes jetables vide et posée sur le wc...A la réception nous avons tout de même obtenu des serviettes propres mais , nous a t on dit , nous aurions dû avertir que nous restions 2 jours alors que nous avions réservé et réglé la totalité en arrivant .
