Yes, you can see the sea but it's not a full seaview as claimed. There is one building blocking the views. Despite that, you get quite a view from the balcony.
The washing machine also turned out to be handy.
The location is less than 10 minutes from the town center. You will need to rent a electric scooter 🛵 to move around.
The scooter rental company recommended by the owner provides good service.

Thanks to excellent directions and instructions we managed to find the flat easily.......even though it was late at night. The room was spotless and the view was excellent from the balcony...we took great photos of the sunset and the view of the fishing boats at night is unusual. The facilities were as described...fridge, washing machine, kettle etc and we made this our home for 4 nights. In the evening we ate at local restaurants and hired e bikes to tour the fabulous Island. Definitely recommend

環境:景觀如圖，二分之一海景房（將海景分為兩份），有一個小陽台，很擠，擺放了小桌子和小椅子……
服務：屬於微信管家服務，工作人員不出現，網上指導和服務。有分享帶圖的線路和旅遊攻略，挺貼心。

窗外就是大海，客廳陽台，二間卧室都能看見大海，客廳海景絕美。夜晚在陽台吹着海風玩手機太愜意了。
衞生條件也不錯，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，用得放心。有洗衣機和晾衣架，洗衣服也很方便。
第一次來南澳島，影響非常好，還會再來的。

這次和爸媽來南澳島旅遊，住進了這家酒店，可以説是今年住過最棒的酒店之一！酒店的地理位置非常好，緊鄰海邊，房間的陽台正對大海，視野極其開闊。每天早晨醒來，推開窗簾就能看到無敵海景，海天一色的景象讓人瞬間放鬆身心，特別適合度假休閑。
酒店的服務也相當貼心，工作人員熱情且專業，入住和退房過程都非常順暢。房間乾淨整潔，佈置得很舒適，設施齊全，從床品到洗浴用品都非常講究，住起來特別舒適。整個入住期間感覺非常放鬆，爸媽也非常滿意。這次的住宿體驗無疑為我們的旅行增色不少，強烈推薦給來南澳島的朋友們！

酒店位置很好找，我們當時住的是二十幾樓，衹能説想在南澳島，住海景房這個是真的不錯了，我們當天晚上十二點一點鐘才到南澳島，火急火燎找了一間海景房。一開始找不到停車場的位置，但是工作人員一直網上幫我們指導。找不到樓層也開視頻指路室很值，這個價格在南澳島住二房一廳的海景房還要什麼自行車

設施齊全，陽台可看海，有洗衣機非常方便，出行便利，樓下有電動車出租，可日租，按小時租都可以，2.3公里左右有菜市場，本地特色小吃和海鮮水果都有，非常方便。圍島一圈處處都是好風景，用時近3個小時。汕頭海鮮消費明碼標價，消費明白。
