This hotel in Nanjing offered a truly exceptional experience. The rooms were impeccably designed, blending modern amenities with traditional Chinese aesthetics. The staff's attentive service and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued. The location was also ideal, providing easy access to the city's top attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, offering personalized recommendations and addressing any concerns promptly.

the hotel is very near to T2. It only took me around 5 mins walk from T2 arrival door 2 to reach the hotel. The room is decent and clean, well equipped with amenities like slipper ,tooth brush, razor, etc. The breakfast was great, with tasty made-to -order beef noodle soup. The staff are politely and friendly to.. One minor area for improvement is the front desk staff is not very familiar with various visa-free requirements for different countries. As recently china has initiated several visa free agreements with Southeast Asia countries like thailand , malaysia and singapore, it would be great if the front desk staff gets familiarized with those visa-free knowledge, instead of asking for visa blindly. overal i give 97/100 for my stay here. well done.

Hotel offers convenience for early or late flights out of Nanjing airport. Rooms are basic but clean and accommodating. Staff are friendly. There is a small shop and restaurant onsite. Short walk from T2 arrival hall. Or can arrange hotel to pickup from airport. Free shuttle leave regularly from hotel for trips to airport.

Staff are very attentive and the shuttle service to/from the airport is such a bonus. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for money for a late arrival/ early flight hotel. Breakfast is basic but has enough variety for everyone. There is a self service convenience store on the ground floor with lots of basic necessities.

A pretty good place if you arrive too late or you need to leave very early.
A good pickup service, they will pickup within 5-7 minutes, but they don't speak English. you can easily walk by yourself - within 8-10 minutes.

Location is very strategic and parking service is convenient.
Long term parking worked well and airport shuttle was arranged.
Will rebook again for early flights from Lukou Airport

When we walked in, the hotel had an amazing scent. We also received a very warm welcome from staff. Our check-in was super fast and efficient. We were also taken to our room which was very polite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part was that we had an early morning flight and it was really convenient to get to the airport with the shuttle. The hotel is about 500m away from the airport. Highly recommend and wi definitely stay at this hotel again as it is super convenient when taking a flight.

I feels like in Japan in this hotel, I dunno why, the decor, arrangement, everything, it has Japan vibes which is very cool, very neat, I really really love it. Room is very nice, breakfast is very nice too, so many choices and taste good! unfortunately breakfast closed at 9.30, we usually had breakfast a bit late, but it's not a problem. Location is very close from airport, you can walk easily. Go to T2 arrival Level 1, then find Gate 3 or 2, go out then turn right, about 200 meter you will see sharp turn towards left and there's small sign of Fliport Garden Hotel there, just follow the path and you will arrive there, very easy. They also provide shuttle car to airport.
