The Hotel is actually 3 star grade. Location is good and just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and the market. No swimming pool in hotel & breakfast is just normal. It has playground for kids so i would recommend for family who wants budget hotel.

Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.

Cleanliness and privacy are issues here. The bathtub was not thoroughly clean or sanitized prior to stay. If you pay attention to the openings of the wooden slats between the backrest, you’ll notice they are stained = full of bacteria. Also, housekeeping pays no attention when the DND light is on. You will be disturbed! Outlets are few and outdated, and the mood lighting is low quality... Pls clean up your act!

Amazing location, interesting design, very comfortable rooms and would definitely recommend for anyone. Big buffet with an amazing view of the lake, would definitely go again.

在碼頭附近，一出去 就能買吃，和飲品，7-11在附近，房間寬敞，開車去到九族纜車在附近，有免費提供停車位置，早餐選擇多， 面向碼頭景色，贊👍

Starry Sky Restaurant" is located on the ninth floor of the hotel. It adopts an open space with the idea of "provoking the visual and taste buds". Outside the huge glass curtain, there is a 270-degree view around the lake, and the shimmering Sun Moon Lake can be seen at a glance. "Starry Sky Restaurant" integrates American and Balinese design keynotes. In addition to Western food and Nanyang style food, the food and beverage services provided are also carefully presented authentic Sun Moon Lake Thao cuisine, which has become one of the most popular Thao cuisine.
