Staff was amazing.. hotel was very clean! Warm cookies and water at check in were a plus! I’ll definitely stay here again!

This was the second time staying here. We appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel room and pool/gym facilities. Pool was crowded and we were told not to have more than 4 people in the hot tub, which makes sense but no one was enforcing it.
We love the hot cookie upon checking in! So delicious. We ate dinner in the restaurant that evening. The food was OK much like a Applebee’s or diner wish there was more variety and drinks. The next morning we had forgotten that the breakfast was pay and not free Continental, which was disappointing. And 16 bucks a person is too much for one family when you could just pop out to something outside. Luckily they had a few muffins and coffee for purchase to tie us over till we could leave. It’s not a dealbreaker about coming again, but we would love for them to have a cheaper or free breakfast. The beds are not the softest and do shift around a lot. If you have two people in the bed, you really feel it but the linens were superb and the towels in the bathroom, big and soft I appreciate the environmentally friendly lotion, shampoo containers in the bathroom.
Otherwise staff is super friendly and helpful. we would come again.

Hotel waa great but the jacuzzi was broken in our room. When brought up to the staff they were like, “ok thanks.” lol.

This will be my go to hotel for a weekend trip. Hilton has never disappointed me. From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew that I made the right choice. Greeted by professional and well dressed staff, and the Hilton Doubletree warm chocolate chip cookies. The food at the restaurant provided a nice portion, the server was very nice, and she made a cocktail that was just what I needed for the evening. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I wasn’t on vacay, but it definitely made me realize just how much I needed one.

Was totally misinformed
I had an early work meeting and informed the receptionist as soon as I checked in as my meeting was running running just about 10 minutes late and it was 1045 I requested a late check out very accommodating. My meeting is running 10 minutes late and it’s 11 o’clock and I was told that they will give me until 12 when they check out is at one. Never even received the money I had put on my card for the incidentals. Just totally disgusted when I wanted this Valentine’s Day to be so special for my fiancé she was happy no matter what, but Nanuet Doubletree please do better

I liked everything about this hotel, had a problem with the shower faucet but was able to resolve it before maintenance came.

Room was clean heat was loud, desk chair was warn with ripped sides . Staff entered when we were out with do not disturb sign on door. People yelling in hall at 3 am.
