Silverado Resort & Spa exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings, this resort offers an exquisite blend of luxury and serenity. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the facilities were top-notch, reflecting true sophistication. Whether it was a peaceful stroll in the beautifully landscaped grounds or a delightful meal at their gourmet restaurant, every moment was a treat. A perfect getaway, I highly recommend Silverado Resort & Spa to anyone seeking a unique blend of relaxation and luxury. I can't wait for my next visit!

環境優美，衹是我的房間比較遠，不太方便。房價都比較貴。房內設備都很充足，尤其是洗手間內的暖風機很窩心。

For this to be me and my fiancé first time visiting Napa Valley, we chose the right resort. Silverado resort was amazing. Upon arrival our first staff member we met was Carlton and he was awesome the whole time we were there. The staff in general were amazing and very accommodating. We also came at time where there wasn’t too many people as well. That was even better. The staff at The Grill and Mansion Bar were excellent. The food was great. Our suite was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the Spa wasn’t including in the resort fees , but other than that it was awesome. Napa valley had a lot to offer and we left no stone unturned. We will definitely be back.

Both my partner and I suffer with steps. However, when booking a room for our stay we were not given the option of taking a ground floor.
As to the room itself, I am an engineer and my partner reads everything. Nevertheless, we froze during our stay because the instructions on the remote were obscure (no indication that the mode button needed to be depressed for an extended period until the functionality engaged.)
As to Room 756 itself the toilet paper holder is not firmly affixed so the roll will not stay in place; the rod which is used to move the black out curtain detached.
And the presence of myriad golf balls near, in and beyond the parking lot did not leave us with any confidence that our car would be undamaged when we returned to it the next morning.
However, the facility itself is pristine and we enjoyed our stay despite these nits.

Outdated rooms compared to photos. Front desk staff was nice but didn’t seem to go above and beyond compared to to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Great condo and great service with plenty of amenities and space for family Christmas. Wish they had more blankets and kitchen equipment. Very friendly staff!

Our stay at Silverado Resort was lovely! We stayed in the Superior Mansion Estate Suite and it was spacious, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Facilities were amazing. I will DEFINITELY be back.
