So very nice! Rooms look newly renovated and it was very comfortable. Kitchenette clean and very well equipped. Staff also friendly with a smile. We found free street parking nearby, if not you can book a parking spot for a small fee with them

Nice hotel in Narbonne! Just 10 mins walk from the station, 5 mins walk to the city center, staffs were friendly, the room was clean and spacious! There was an equipped kitchen in the room, almost everything, including a tiny dish washer, and there were few supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Security level was high, and it even located next to the police station. The bed was comfortable, price is reasonable, everything was good! Highly recommended!

Close to the train station and also the historic cathedral. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ability to do laundry was a plus. Rooms clean and comfortable. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting Narbonne.

Hôtel propre, chambre spacieuse et bien agencée, literie confortable, l'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel est très sympa.. Aucune hésitation à venir passer un séjour dans cet hôtel

Resté 4 nuits, pas de ménage fait, et en discutant avec la femme de ménage, elle m'a dit que c'était fait une fois par semaine seulement sinon il faut payer à la réception pour qu'il soit fait entre deux , dommage pour un quatre étoiles. En plus il faut vider ses poubelles...

Toujours personnel à l ecoute. Facilité d accès. Stationnement facile. Restauration autour accès à pieds, avec même le Don Camillo qui sert tard. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
