This is not a hotel. It is more like a two-star hostel for backpackers. The place is a dump. We checked in, paid, and then asked for a refund after seeing our rooms, and we got nothing back. We drove off and lost our money. I would very, very strongly recommend you view the hotel and rooms before you even consider going to this "hotel". The manager informed us that it is not officially a hotel but apar**ents. It has not been refurbished for years and looks tired and the carpets are filthy and threadbare. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere unless you are 18 and looking for a place to crash for the night. It is not for couples looking for a romantic weekend. Avoid !!

There are no staff on site after 2100. If anything were to happen guests need to ring a telephone number. The access and egress to the hotel is very difficult. There is a narrow bridge to enter and access. The hotel rooms were big, the bed was comfortable. A nice outdoor seating area and a small kitchenette. The hotel looks and feels tired. It’s a 20/25 minute walk to Narbonne and the hotel is situated in a dark area. Didn’t feel safe to walk home at night. No public transport

Nice friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with great terraces, small kitchen and jacuzzi. Great breakfast spread with lots of choices. Unlike other reviewers I did not find the rooms tired although yes the very tall windows in the entrance are quite spectacularly badly cleaned, something very evident when eating breakfast as the sunlight streams through. The cleaning is I agree somewhat eccentric in the rest of the hotel and the rooms, maybe they were short staffed. Lovely place to chill for a few days, a bit like being in a huge tree house, as long as you are laidback about such things as house keeping.

Large room, fresh air balcony, pleasant staff with good English skills, clean, quiet, good on site parking, nice breakfast available. Overall we would easily book here again for more than one night. There was a small kitchen and a jet bath. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel agréable. Les couloir sont un peu froid au niveau de la décoration . les chambres sont spacieuses,avec une belle terrasse. Dommage qu il y ai ce bruit de vmc désagréable et le lit qui grainée des que vous bougé. Le spa dans les chambre est sympa,un peu petit peux être.
