TV had hardly any free to air channels working, o Netflix and no YouTube. Smart TV was not programmed. All table tops and bench tops were grimy with streak marks. Bathroom floor was never cleaned before we arrived or during our stay. The small fitness area was never cleaned in the 4 days we used it. Someone left a can of Sprite and chewing gum on the bench as soon as you walk in and it was there for 4 days. Things only get done if you complain to front desk.

The room was quiet and dark with block out curtains. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Buffet breakfast was nice and plentiful. Very convenient location, only 6 minutes to the Canberra Balloon Spectacular and not too far to Enlighten. Hot water was scaldingly hot so I mentioned it to reception upon checking out. Also the tv wasn't working properly...half the channels had sound but no picture. Also mentioned this to reception. Dinner was disappointing though. Tried to order from the room using the restaurant number provided but no-one answered. Tried the reception number but also no answer so I had to walk to reception in my pyjamas to order and pick up dinner.

The TV remote didn’t work and when I got new batteries, the tv wouldn’t get all the channels. The $20-$25 breakfast was average at best. Other than that, very good, I would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable room, easy access from airport and CBD. Fabulous service from staff. Great meals in restaurant.

Excellent reception staff when booking in. Breakfast was above our expectations. Clean room, but did suffer from water pipe noise.

The 1 objection I had was the fact that it’s a really hot day but the curtains were held together with safety pins and tied into place. Curtains definitely need to be replaced otherwise a perfect stay

Long queue at check-in and with only 2 staff involved this suggests understaffing. No bath towels in our allocated unit and, in spite of at least 3 calls to the office none had been delivered by 6 pm. Alerted a staff member in the restaurant about the situation and she procured 2 towels and got them to us. Enough parking bays for all units? Certainly not the case on the night of 27/01 which saw us parking at the rear of the complex where we were told the tourist buses would normally park. This area was unpaved and the surface was rough. This location saw us approximately 80 m from our unit.
