Chef ***ish Kulkarni n staff are courteous. Had good breakfast. They had good menu for breakfast. ***ish provided us a good service. Keep it up….. The staff at ginger are exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met with utmost care and attention. Whether it's arranging personalized excursions, recommending local dining spots, or simply offering a friendly smile, their dedication to hospitality is truly commendable.

Food quality is very good and your staff in restaurant were too good. Specially Anmol, ***ish & Rohit And hotel staff is also good, they all are available for us whole time… over all say its very good experience to visit nasik. We will surely suggest your hotel to our friends

Excellent hotel, nice ambience....staff is friendly...at Front desk Bhavik was very helpful...food is good ...a good hotel to stay for business or leisure. The restaurant has got a good vibe plus there are games for kids in the lobby....ample parking available...located at a convenient place

Its really tough this time for me to share the feedback for the Hotel which is simply pathetic in every of the experience. From start (check-in) till end (breakfast), this property is not up-to the mark in any sense. Let me iterate experience sequence wise. Check-in Experience : On the initial stage when we landed at Hotel in business group, Hotel seemed to be nice in terms of interiors however when we entered and started with our check-in process, we all in group of 60 people felt very odd staying at such a property who really doesn't bothers about their client giving them rich experience. Firstly, despite that the check-in time as published by hotel is 2 pm, none of the rooms were ready and the staff's were running avoiding guests and when questioned ggave us a reasons that there had been a power cut across the city since morning and due to this they were not able to cope up with the things and all of their back-ups had been exhausted. They were lying onto this statement because they had some 5-6 DG's installed and despite having a DG backup, they were not ready to deliver the things on timely ***ner. They took 2 hours to accommodate us which had been a very bad experience when you travel all the way from Mumbai by Road and your rooms are not ready despite that the Hotel have taken 100% full advance and our entire travel plans got shattered because we had a function at the same premises during the evening team and coping up with the timings to be punctual was pretty difficult and hence we had to drop our site-seeing and all the money paid in advance to various site authority's got forfeited. Thus nevertheless to state, experience had been absolutely pathetic. Meals : None of the meals (Lunch, Breakfast & Dinner) we had here was delicious or even worth consuming. There was absolutely no taste and ***y of our guests fall sick after consuming food at this premises and every single guests energy was completely down next day. They don't even know what they are serving. Lunch was not ready even at 2 pm, they kept some cheese balls with hot garlic sauce where sauce was not available despite they mentioned on menu, tea was not boiled properly, so on and so forth! Rooms : No words to comment on the room. I would recommend anyone to stay at OYO Rooms rather than staying here because that will make your pocket smile because of your 4x savings not staying at this hotel. Rooms are 100% similar to OYO Rooms in terms of entire interiors, only thing what is available besides OYO is the refrigerator kept inside the room and rest is very filthy. Washrooms : Oops Ridiculous with Dirty water flowing and the taps were not working properly. I stayed in room 222 and this room is in no sense worth paying for 3* or 4* Hotel. Besides the above, pillows were dirty like anything and one will vomit if they see the yellowish condition plus fillings were all stuck making these pillows very rough to handle. We had come to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time. The staff were very courteous and very humble and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul the ***ager on duty for ensuring our room was decorated and helping us with our late checkout. The front desk team especially the ladies- Disha, Shreya Rani, Rosse, Krishna, Shreya Navale, Sakshi and Mr Bhavik The chef during breakfast Chef Rahul offered us assistant and was very polite. The restaurant team during breakfast and dinner Mr. Kuldeep and Mr Rohit were very kind and very good while serving us. We are definitely coming back to stay for sure atleast or may be to dine as the food was amazing. Ambience of the restaurant is very nice and decent. Felt very relaxed and enjoyed our meals while we dined in the restaurant.

professional and helpfull staff , helped me out when i lost my room card at 4 am, someone is availabke at the reception at all times , made my stay much easier nice buffet and laundry service the deserts in the buffet are a must try for every meal the rooms are cleaned every day , staff members : amol gaikwad , Aminnun

Had a bitter experience, Service and responses too poor. It has to be improved and to maintain the standards. Reservation process - Good Hotel rooms Maintainence - Neat and Clean Housekeeping support - Poor Service staff /Reception - Poor ACs - Doesnt work, has to be serviced or checked before allotments.Here service staff responses were poor in addressing the issues. Requested/Ordered mineral water bottle for thrice , got it on next day that also on request again. Service staff has apologised the gaps and the same for AC as well. I am not here to point or corner the people here.. these are unexpected from hotel Ginger, it can be improvised..Not a good experience this time...
