I booked and paid for this great location on Trips.com. Once I arrived at the location the front desk clerk ran my card and charged me again for my room which wound up putting me in the negative with my banking account. Also, due to the situation, I was unable to use my card to purchase food, drinks or breakfast the next morning because my card was declining due to the over charge to my card. After speaking with the desk manager, he was able to start the process of the second charge to return back to my card however, it will take two-three days to be available. Over the location was nice, the facilities was nice but unfortunately we were unable to have a pleasant experience due to the overcharge. Brandon the other front desk clerk was explaining that several guest that day had the same incident occur to them. Very unfortunate!
