The hotel is under construction and honestly, it needs it badly. The rooms are large but very depressing an extremely outdated. Its fine for 1 night if your flight get cancelled but otherwise, - PASS.
Bartenders do make great martinis - I will give them that.

nashville的酒店裡算很好的 服務肯定沒法跟日本比 不過安靜舒適等方面做的很不錯了 性價比也不錯（美國通脹後啥都貴）

The price was good. We arrived and our room was ready. The breakfast was amazing. Actually, the omelette chef was fun to watch. He was very talented. The staff was generally very polite and helpful. We had a small misunderstanding. I had a few teens with me. The front desk said the pool was open until midnight but at 10:07 someone came in and told us we had to leave because it was adult swim only. That was frustrating but my kids were pretty good about it thankfully. The room smelled faintly smokey. We are very sensitive to this because we don't smoke and the smell chokes my daughter but we had room spray on us that helped. The beds were comfortable. We had 5 people so we're using the sofa bed. There was no blankets. It was late, I was tired. I tried calling the front desk 3 times to no avail. Luckily my daughter had brought a blanket with her so we just used that. Not a bad stay overall but these are the reasons I gave a 4 instead of a 5.

This particular Embassy Suites, was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with this chain! The hotel is beautiful and immaculate and the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met and requests answered with professionalism and promptness so many companies are lacking. The location makes for easy access to all Nashville entertainment without the high prices and frustrating trafficI would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for comfort and impeccable service in the Nashville area!

Hotel needs to be updated. The drains in neither sink drained properly. The omelettes were delicious.

Dirty room with wet towels left from night before in shower. Very messy bed, ceiling in shower leaked all night, carpet was wet near bathroom door,

Clean and comfortably spacious rooms and common areas, great breakfast, evening drinks and snacks make for a memorable stay. Outstanding experience!

Housekeeping did not come and tidy up or leave fresh towels after I even called and requested it. 2 women at the Front desk were so unfriendly and acted like I was bothering them by asking questions. The cocktail hour and breakfast was good and the staff was working hard.
