離nashville的downtown不算遠也不近，房間非常乾淨，床墊不錯，服務人員態度挺好，隔音一般，早餐一般

Bed was a thick foam that indented when you lay on it. Not comfortable.
Staff was not compassionate when they found out that I accidentally booked the wrong location. I thought I booked the BW Plus by the airport & showed up to try to check in there. The front desk called the downtown BW Plus & tried to explain, but they were inflexible. I searched ******* for airport shuttle & not sure how I ended up clicking on Music Row, but it was my mistake. I just wish they would have been flexible on their policy in my situation…

There is a hidden parking fee you must pay when checking in. They charged us $20 parking fee for one night. And the stuff was rude when explaining why we have to pay the additional fee.
The rooms are clean.

The property is nice but there are some things that need improvement. The walls throughout the rooms and halllways are dirty and need cleaning. An easy fix so not sure why not done. The chair in our room was really dirty and the shower curtain and bathroom floor were dirty. Tub sink and toilet were nice and clean so why not just do others?

After being on the road for many hours, being confronted with a hostile receptionist wasn't in the cards. I had called earlier inquiring about parking indoor or out - not told there was a fee, nor did your site clearly state there was a fee. It took her a good 5 minutes to find the small print on my phone of the additional fee...so a hidden fee not evident to the everyday consumer. The place was great, bed, food, location; however, the confrontational desk people made our stay unwelcoming. In addition, they had no memory of my phone call and an anger management class would be helpful...also your site needs to be more forthright in the parking fee

We have stayed several times and we are always amazed at the cleanliness, friendly staff and the cool area and vibe in the Gulch. They have a 5 star.free breakfast with friendly ladies making omelets right in front of you. we enjoyed the walk down to Broadway at night.

Absolutely loved the bed, needed pillow that was not so fluffy (personal preference). At breakfast, over by the trash can, a roach was crawling up the wall, my only true complaint. Thank you

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking. It didn’t make sense considering there wasn’t another place for you to park near the hotel. Also, the staff was alright. They weren’t very welcoming and seemed disinterested. I probably won’t stay again.
