Disappointing accommodations for the price point; I expected much better. The property was located in a back lot area behind some industrial area, the parking lot was in disrepair, and the overall condition of the grounds was poor. The front desk clerk was bordering on in-verbal. The room itself was average, but was dingy at best. The breakfast options were limited to 2 cereals and some sugary pre-packaged muffins. Not recommended

Property was clean, parking lot could use some resurfacing, continental breakfast and waffle making was easy. Staff could use a bit of tourist information or abilities to have suggestions .Hotel was quiet, O"Charly restaurant food was good drinks were good.

I have stayed here twice over the last couple months. Super friendly. Clean. Quiet. There’s a restaurant within walking distance.

The young lady at check in was very nice. The room was clean and modern. The lights were a little confusing, but it didn’t affect anything with our stay. The air conditioner is very loud, but it didn’t bother us. The hallways do need updated and the stairways were very dirty, but that’s how most hotels I’ve been to are. The pool was great! Breakfast was simple, but there was a small variety of options. We would definitely stay again!

Every thing was perfect at this motel. Highly recommend you stay here. Great prices and rooms to stay. Staff is excellent service.

Average stay. We had two, basic double bed rooms. Nothing fancy, but for the price we weren’t expecting much. Lighting was very dim in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. Room 113 bathroom needs work…paint job, mildew, poor drywall work. Discovered the TV was broken on the second day…they did offer to move us, but we were leaving the next morning and decided it wasn’t worth gathering all our stuff up and moving. Breakfast was just ok…instant oatmeal, cereal, juice, packaged pastries, apples, bananas, waffle iron. Overall, it’s a basic hotel with an outdoor pool. The low price is attractive and if you aren’t looking for fancy…it’s adequate.

A nice place with Great rates even during the busy season this place is very affordable and well worth the visit. A great place to stay while working or just passing through town. Very Clean and peaceful setting. Thank you to everyone at the Avery for making my stay pleasant.

Very cosy and clean, rooms have been refurbished. Only bad thing was the ac unit was very loud, so just bring some earbuds and you’ll be fine. Was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville, and was right next to a great Boba place!

A pleasant stay when visiting Nashville.
Property is well away from the main city but that suited us.
Hotel on edge of industrial area but looked to be very popular.
Breakfast was standard food that most motels provide.
Good choices and with a do your own waffle which was very popular with the other guests.
Would use again.
