Nice Hospitality, the receptionist Mohita was very good and clear. Very Good overall. The hotel staff was good. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Over all good experience, the room was quite big amenities were limited but ok, bathroom needs to undergo renovation, rest all was perfect, nice and friendly staffs, close to airport, affordable pricing what else need for a guest who need to catch flight

We had someone named Sonam biswakarma as our attended and she was extremely meticulously in ger services and open hearted. We appreciate her welcoming heart. The service great. We had logged and then on our experience was great. We hadn't had an issue with any sections. Over all it was a great stay.

excellent service and taste o Mousumi ghosh Friendly staff and seamless service added to the overall positive impression. Highly recommended for a delightful stay and gastronomic delight. The hotel exceeded expectations with its comfortable stay and delectable food.

The food was very nice and the service given by My service attentand Ms. Mousumi Ghosh was very kind and helpful. Lunch and dinner menu is full of variety. And every bit of my stay. As a couple we got more than expectations. Gobhi ***churian was good.

Very excellent service, staff is like family, Late night i got food served lovingly. Jinu and Dipendu are the most excellent person to offer 7 Star service. I wish a very bright future for Jinu and Dipendu. I had an experience of Spa, it was done by Anjana. She gave such a satisfying theraphy which i have never experienced till date. I had experienced services with ***y 5 star hotels but comparatively service here is mind blowing. I request all to please have an experience visiting this property atleast once in ur lifetime and I guarantee you that it would be an unforgettable experience. Thank you TEAM LOTUS8

Absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The top-notch service, coupled with the incredibly kind staff, made the experience memorable. The cozy ambiance added the perfect touch. A must-try for a delightful dining experience!

Excellent stay. Breakfast also diversified and mouth watering. Staffs of apt resort are very submissive and friendly. Position of the resort us also nearby to Kochi Intl. Airport. Highly satisfied and expecting to come again .
