Apartamentos Marina Turquesa

We stayed here end of May into beginning of June. What a beautiful place to stay. The Staff were fantastic from the moment we got there till the moment we left. The 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic very spacious and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Over the road is a big supermarket which made this place such a great location. We always got a bed round the lovely pool. Highly recommend as will will be going back!

Very nice complex, with a small pool, sunbeds and indoor pool. The apartment has everything, what you need during your holiday. Good size bedroom, separate living room, good size bathroom with bath and bidet. On the balcony a table with chairs, washing rack and pegs. There is a big supermarket opposite, just 5 min walk. Burriana beach about 20 minutes walk (steep streets!) - but it worth to go there. The beach is very well organised, showers, toilet, sunbeds (Eur 12 for 2 bed and umbrella - in September). Plenty restaurants along the beach. You can walk to Plaza Europe about 40 minutes. We absolutely loved this apartment. Very clean and quiet.

We have just come back from an amazing stay in a 3 bedroom villa at Marina Turquesa and wow what a great place - the accommodation was perfect, a nice big villa with the bonus of a private pool - our kids absolutely loved the pool. We walked to the beach a few times and even though it was a bit hilly on the way back we all managed it and it was not too far! The staff were all very friendly and helpful! We can’t wait to go back - highly recommend!

The apartment was fabulous, so comfortable and spotless clean ,we early flight ,they went outta there way to have our apartment ready before check in time ,it made our stay ,they were so helpful anything we needed throughout our stay ,highly recommended..

Fully fitted apartments, clean and tidy on arrival, amazing staff, in particular Maria (reception) who came to our rescue in the middle of the night when we locked ourselves out and left our passports inside the apartment at 04.50am having to make s flight at 7am. She worked above and beyond that morning. Relaxed location, with easy access (steep hills) to Burriana beach and the town. We loved our stay.

Just back from 3 nights here, I have to commend the staff for looking after us so well when our friend needed medical help, they could not have been more patient and helpful in a tough situation. We will be back again. Very Many thanks from The girls from Ireland

Great option for families at this resort. Each apartment faces into the pool, and some of the larger ones have their own pool. Staff were nice, pool was an ok size. The shared amenities like the gym, etc. were a little dated but worked fine. The pool table wasn't well kept, but the space downstairs for the kids is something to break up some of the nights. It's a steep walk down to Burriana beach and I'd imagine would be a struggle getting back up if you were infirm. That said, you're next to the Mercadona and there are a few bars nearby, as is the local padel / tennis club. Never tried the nearby eatieries as mainly ate down in Nerja or by the beach, all of which were between reasonable and very good.

We have just had a wonderful week at the Apartmentos Marinas Turquesa. We had a 3 bedroom Villa with pool which was excellent accommodation. Very roomy with 3 bedrooms, master had ensuite. A further bathroom, large kitchen which had excellent well equipped facilities including microwave, oven, hob, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. There is a large lounge/dining area and a downstairs toilet. Our Villa had three outside balcony areas (one off the main bedroom), one at the front overlooking the main pool and one at the rear of the property which had the pool. Plenty of sun loungers provided and tables and chairs. The Villa was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The apartments were very quiet and the setting around the pool area was very tranquil. There is a very well equipped gym and as it was February the heated pool was in use. Nice games room also with pool table, darts, books, games, tv and internet facilities. The apartments are in a very good location in Nerja. Burriana is a 10 minute walk away, the Balcon approx 20-25 min walk. There is a bus at the top of the road that costs €1 and is a great service. There is a Mercadona supermarket literally a 3 min walk away and is open until 9pm mon-sat. All in all a fantastic place to stay and I very much look forward to returning!

November was warm enough for a weeks break and the outside pool was closed which probably added to the ambience (downstairs indoor pool was open but we never used it This was one of the quietest hotels that I have stayed in. Late check in but reception is open until midnight. Check in was smooth and easy, remember to ask for a safe if you require it, it is small though, probably A5 size and you could fill it easily. Out of reception and walk to your right towards room 10, yes the ground verandas face the pool and people walk past your patio doors but we had nothing to hide and simply closed the curtains when we had to. The nicely decorated & furnished apartment was spotless and roomy and my thoughts below: BATHROOM - Wonderful lush towels changed upon request - Toiletries supplied - Great powerful shower - Ample hot water - Good lighting & hair dryer KITCHEN - Washing machine & a dish washer!! - Good sized oven & hob - Toaster, kettle & coffee machine - All the utensils and pots and pans that you need - Dish cloths - Full sized fridge & freezer - Brushes and pans to sweep up BEDROOM - 2 comfortanle single beds & nice pillows - More than enough wardrobe, cupboard & drawer space - Spare blankets - Black out blind LOUNGE - More drawer space - Comfortable sofa bed (linen in the unit) - Modern TV with all the 5 & more channels - Black out curtains - Patio doors to the outside seating area which overlooks the pool, guess this will be very busy in high season Very comfortable apartment and in a great location if you are touring the south coast as we did. Supermarket is directly opposite and the apartment can be topped easily and cheaply from here ( a litre of vodka was just over 6 euros!) Nerja is very hilly, as the bird flies walk into town is a challenge, walk up to the roundabout on the main road and it is a gentle 30 min amble down into town (stunning) with a few stops!! On the whole we were both very satisfied with this hotel, we would definitely return and recommend that you do the same!!
