Bilyana Beach Hotel

Have just returned from our holiday at bilyana beech hotel our room was lovely as was the pool area and beech was very clean and modern looking hotel victoria spa was perfect would definitely recommend this spa.the housemaids kept our room lovely every day very polite and always spoke each morning however not all staff were as friendly the bar staff seemed very rude and didn't interact at all which we found very disappointed with the restaurant food was very poor as well the same food day in day not much flavour in our opinion and never hot just warm we have never complained while on holiday before but we did this time we explained our issues with our holiday rep was so looking forward to our holiday pity it didn't reach our expectations.

Our stay was pleasant , well situated with beach nearby but the food wasn’t the greatest, not much variety and always cold. The staff was very pleasant, our chamber maid on 4 th floor always smiling and aiming to please. but one girl at the bar at restaurant couldn’t crack a smile. Not much animation ….music and dance , bingo thru the week. Shopping nearby with a 5 minute taxi or bus ride to Nesebar. Overall… vacation with friends was our highlight and our 10 day stay was pleasant .

Lovely hotel right on beach with free sun beds,great choice of food.staff lovely also you get 2 bottles of water every day and drinks in fridge replaced if used.Free safe and air conditioner and there’s an ironing room in corridor’s.Bars and restaurants near by and 15 minutes to Nessebar old town which is beautiful you get beach towels but they are a bit small

The hotel is in a great location with a short walk into the old town. The staff are friendly and when we arrived we missed food so we had a welcome drink and food in the rooms. The rooms were clean and always stocked with fresh water. There is food that you can help yourself to all day and the restaurant food is great. A really great hotel

We had a late arrival but were greeted with a lovely refreshing drink and very welcoming staff , the bell boy took our luggage up and we were on the 6th floor , in our room were 2 plates of food and bottled water which was very welcome.. I'm not going to put this into sections as I could not find fault with anything . Everything was fantastic, from the room , staff , food , entertainment, and even the local area . Little touches were water , soft drinks, and beer replenished in your room daily, along with toiletries . As long as you're prepared to participate, there is so much to do, After breakfast a swim in the pool , then water aerobics followed by a friendly game of darts , lunch by the pool , few hours topping our tans , 4 o'clock spar , a swim in the indoor pool before returning to our room to change for dinner , evening had some sort of entertainment mainly live music which was a nice way to end the day . We spent a day looking around Sunny Beach, which only cost 2 lev , plenty of gift shops , restaurants, etc I would like to say a big thankyou to all the staff in the hotel , what an amazing job you all do and the hotel is a credit to you , but special thank-you to our daily house keeper GERI what a lovely lady she is , always happy and cheerful, also the animation young lady KATYA fantastic job keeping the oldies entertained during the day ( us included ) lol .... The hotel: At the beach with private zone. Beach bar, pool bar, everything is lovely. The room: Everything was just perfect! Beds, pillows, bathroom, terrace, TV, coffee machine… The safe and the minibar are included. But most wonderful was the view! Position: Nesebar is location that could be interesting for everyone. Sand beaches, restaurants with delicious food, history. We saw dolphins. There are many fig trees.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. The room was a very good size, with lovely bathroom and large shower, which was cleaned every day. We even had towels for the beach and 2 x large bottles of water in our room on a daily basis. The only thing I will complain about is that the food is not hot enough, sometimes only luke warm. Fantastic beach which is right in front of the hotel and the umbrellas and sunbeds are all included in jet2's price. This hotel is adults only and all inclusive. I can't fault the hotel whatsoever, apart from the food temperature.

Hotel is in an excellent position not far from old town Nessebar. The room was more than adequate and most of the staff very friendly and engaging. My issue related to the room cleaning - very inadequate particularly in the bathroom. Not only did they not clean but we had inadequate towel changes, water and other type products. The two main individuals working in the lobby bar clearly do not enjoy their work. Slow and never engaging in any way. That is a shame as many of the staff there make an effort to make you feel welcome. Reception staff are very good. . These two do not. The food is a hit or miss with little change. Overall, the hotel was in a super location, next to the beach too. We would return to the area for sure but not the hotel.
