the water pressure for bath might not enough, might be I got the high floor room.😅 the location was easy to find and easy to take on bus. the staff are nice, they would suggest where's to go.

As a business traveller with my company based nearby in Schaffhausen, I have stayed at this hotel for several months this year, during the week as well as weekends. It‘s popular with professional travellers such as engineers & technicisns, as well as outdoor loving tourists. It is not the hotel for someone looking for luxury, gym, spa and being pampered. I would describe it as a no-thrills hotel with friendly and excellent service provided by the owner/managers Sunny and his wife. If you arrive late at night Sunny will wait for you. If you want a softer or harter pillow, the owner will provide you with it. Khaled in the hotel bar is part of the inventory and will serve you any drink to wind down after a long day out. The hotel will undergo a Majors facelift / renovation in the fall I‘m being told. Hopefully it retains its good price-quality ratio by then. Breakfast ist very good and varied, healthy food and lots of fresh fruit. Quiet location and appropriate for family and kids as well.

Nice Hotel located around 10 minutes by walk from the Rheinfall and around 7 minutes from Neuhausen Rheinfall train station. Very friendly staff, from the reception to the breakfast staff, everyone friendly smiling and ready to help, I felt really well. Rooms are ok, I spent there one night and I had a good sleep and was queit in the night. Breakfast was good as well.

Hotel very well located near the Rheinfall. Very pleasant staff, clean and very comfortable bedding. Specifying that it was a professional traveler, I would have appreciated having a small desk in the room, reason for the 4 * for the room. Breakfast very correct, staff at the small care to prepare us coffee or other. And a special thank you for sending me the express car key and pro badge that had been misplaced.

Great location near the Rhein waterfalls. Easy walk to the falls and dining. The room has everything you need and was very clean. Check-in was easy and there is plenty of free off street parking. The front desk staff was friendly and informative.
