Good points: 1. Spacious room 2. Clean 3. Comfortable bed Bad Points 1. Difficulty in accessing the property. We were told to contact the owners before we arrived, which we did via email. No one responded so we had to wait out side for 45 minutes after making numerous phone calls until someone called back with the door and room codes. 2. Room was only made up for one person, so again had to wait 40 minutes for someone to turn up with more bed linen. 3. Only one curtain at the window, so at 5am I was wide awake with no chance of getting back to sleep. 4. The description of the hotel says toiletries and water will be provided, neither were. We had to ask for soap and we’re given a second hand bottle. 5. Walls are paper thin. Guests arriving back at 4:07am and chatting in the corridor woke me up. 6. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There is no lift and it’s three flights of stairs to the rooms. 7. Not situated in the best area of Neunkirschen. 8. Parking out the front of the property is not secure.
