I left behind a dress on. Accident and they were most helpful looking for it and getting it washed and returned to me.

Hot in lobby and hallways Ice machine broke on 3rd floor Bags of rotten trash next to ice machine on 1st floor Exposed plumbing under kitchen sink No pillows or blankets for pull out couch in living room where guest are staying. None available No smart TV(Samsung) Basic cable Dirty silverware Dishes in dishwasher WiFi won’t even stay logged in more than 5 mins No control to the fan

To begin with the property is new, look like the furniture were use, men bathroom in lobby didn’t work. Also, they have a a sticker in the bathroom that housekeeping will be there one other day of your stay to clean and change bed and towels. They just put clean towels and throw some soap in the sink, leave the trash and no toilet paper. To mention some of my experience.

This was a comfortable and perfect stay. So much room at such an affordable price

We booked this hotel for EV chargers. We were disappointed to arrive only to discover that the chargers were not working.

Friendly staff, beautiful area with things to do. Very welcoming to pets.

Renovations with lots of noise occurred between 8am to 5pm every day. Wi-Fi was poor, unable to access via iPad. Breakfast was awful.

Despite my attempts to address the matter with the hotel staff, their lackadaisical response escalated into an argument. Consequently, I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, unless excessive noise and disturbances do not pose an inconvenience to your stay. Body: 1. Noise Disruption: The main concern I faced during my stay at [Hotel Name] was the constant noise emanating from the adjacent basketball court. The proximity of the court to the guest rooms meant that guests, including non-residents, were permitted to play basketball until 10 o'clock at night. As a result, achieving a good night's sleep or being able to leave the hotel early became nearly impossible due to the persistent noise levels in the surroundings. 2. Staff Response: Seeking resolution, I approached the hotel's staff to voice my concerns about the disruptive basketball court. However, I was met with a shockingly lackadaisical attitude from the personnel.
