Pathetic Service and Maintenance of the hotel.. 1. We called their GM Ravi at Reception and inform that we are reaching within one hour at 10 o’clock in the night. We requested him to just keep the room clean and ready for checkin. The fun starts now. 2. We check-in in the room and then we realize there are no dental kits. We were three people, myself, my wife and kid. When I requested for three dental kits. He was surprised that I was requesting for three. So I explained that three people need to have three dental toothbrushes. 3. Only one towel was kept while in the booking, it was clearly mentioned that three people are checking in. Best of all geyser was not working. No hot water was available.clogging in bathroom 4. The Dal khichadi which we ordered was smelly and we had requested for separate onions which were also not given. When we called Ravi and requested him to take the Dal khichadi back, he agreed. However he asked what was the reason, I told him it was tasteless. He wanted to further understand what does tasteless mean, I said why don’t you said send someone and taste the Dal khichadi, he will be able to judge it better 5. The biggest disappointment was next day which was buffet breakfast. For heaven’s sake don’t take it. Upma was made without any Chutney. The only thing eatable were the fruits and the chole bhature. Paper cups were kept in place of normal cups. 6. We requested if they could simply make parathas. They said that is not possible every day. They have a fixed menu so either you take it or leave it.
