Nice hotel and situated in Aero City which is where we spent most of our time in New Delhi. Staff were friendly. Only recommendation is that the card reading system be looked at as all the guests there including my friend and myself had real difficulties in scanning our cards to enter our rooms. Not only that but the card reader in the elevator was also very difficult to use and I always wondered why the elevators were so slow to come up and down, it turns out all the guests were struggling with the scanner to identify the hotel card that was required to operate the lift. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Side not is the metal plat in the bathroom door frame is extremely slippery and I slipped after getting out the shower.

Property is very close to airport good for transit rooms are quite small and bathroom amenity r not up 4 star standard .

hotel is a little bit old but still fine.
I feel uncomfortable about the young guy staff who proceeded my chek-out. He just throw the receipt to me and shown me no patience during our conversation.

The hotel is the closest to the airport only 10 mn drive so it s very convenient for long layovers. The staff is friendly and efficient. The swimming pool is clean nice and lovely the room is bright quiet and clean
This hotel is used also by the air hostess and staff of airlines like indigo

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this
