Great hospitality at this hotel. Had a early check in and the staff was so co-operative didn't charged anything extra. Any time i visit will come to this place for sure. Keep the standard as High you as done. Love you treebo.

Great location, really pleasant and clean inside, but the thing that makes this such a good place are the staff. All of the people including the people at reception were incredibly helpful and generous with their time.! A positive environment and a great experience.! 👍🏼

Iam very disappointed with the service of the hotel TREND VIVAN, or ViVAN CASTLE (Multipal names of same hotel) 0. First they take you to another property for stay.. not the one you booked. 1. the room picture displayed is fake 2. no hot water supply in rooms washrooms 3. nothing works inside rooms (like lighting , washroom fittings ,electric systems. 4. no compliment packed drinking water or any service. 5. no tea maker and other basic amenities ,like towels, toiletries. provided by hotel. 6. dirty wash rooms, lighting . 7. rooms phone doesn't work, u have to climb down again and again to ask for basic services to reception. 8. lift is also out of order. 9. service promised is also fake , they will tell you- i will do it, i will make it repair soon, the hot water will be supplied in 30 mins just wait let me see, etc etc... but actually they do nothing , they just kill your time and wait to complete the stay duration, 10. wash room fittings are out of order, spills water everywhere, pot flush spills water from the control pannel over the toilet unexpectedly spoil you cloths. 11.and you will not get any responce of any complaint or service request. 12. its not hotel infact this property is dharamshala. making a booking to this hotel is completely a cheating and waste of money and time. i checked out before my trip completed, not safe for family and childrens

It was Amazing stay at the hotel with the most professional and helping staff. Specially JYOTI and PREM was very cooperative flexible and helpful. I would definitely recommend all my friends to stay here and will also choose definitely next time.it was nice pleasure staying at your hotel and ***ager Meenu madam so humble and helpfull .keep it up guys Cheers......😁

A beautiful hotel and well located in the city. Easy to commute any part of the city. My wife and kids also enjoyed in this hotel as hotel staff members are very helpful and caring. Also there is no issue of parking. Rooms are very cleaned.
