Odamızın modern çekiciliğinden memnun kaldık. Ailem için büyük miktarda alan, klima merkeziydi, pencere birimi değil. Televizyon/akış harika bir özellikti! İhtiyacımız olan her şeye yürüdüğümüz Fransız Mahallesi'nde harika bir konum. Otelin yan sokağındaki otoparkı 24 saat boyunca 20 dolara kullandık. Vale ve park için başka bir seçenek sunuyorlar. Ancak, check-in saatinden önce oraya vardık ve dolaşmak istedik, ilerledik ve oraya park ettik. Keşke daha erken bir check-in saati olsaydı. Saat 4-6 oldu.

Best experience at a hotel l ever had . Rooms were super clean and tidy. We had a nice view of canal street. I fell in love with the rooftop. It was absolutely beautiful, I stayed hanging on the rooftop more than I was in my room. The staff were friendly, very helpful and funny lol.
Will definitely be booking with them again...

The staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast had lots of options. There aren't that many restaurants around the area that is within a safe, walkable distance. The tram stop is a block and a half away and very close to the downtown and tourist area. Overall a good stay!

Booked this hotel specifically for a crib for the baby. Got there and was told no cribs were available and that staff would be trying to locate one. Inquired on the crib a couple more times before night time and never got a straight answer and ended up having a terrible night of sleep with no crib for my baby. Was told on check out I would be getting a call from manager the same day about the crib situation and that never happened. Ice machine broken…. Showers were dirty… bathroom door didn't lock. Location was full of homeless people that made me uneasy of parking my car. Set up of the room and decor was nice. Most of the staff was nice but some were rude. Overall it was okay, just mainly wish the crib would've been available or that some time of compensation was given for the inconvenience.

Good property only thing I have is that the TV remote was not working properly and the milk that my daughter had was spoiled other than that it was a good experience

Close to the Medical School. French Quarter is walkable. No restaurants in the local area.

The property, staff, and service were excellent in every way. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and breakfast staff, who, like others, were willing to go above and beyond to help.

It was a great property but the staff not so much! It wasn’t everyone but my encounter with the first person I met was rude, she could have been having a bad day but everyone else was friendly!!! I will return because it’s a great place and everything is nice

The staff is absolutely amazing! Very kind, helpful, and always greet you with a genuine smile. We overheard a couple being check-in and being offered a list of places they may want to see on their trip. Breakfast was nicely stocked and there is something SPECIAL about their apple juice.

The drinks at the bar were awful. The room is dark and dim with very little lighting. Appliance's power cords are zip-tied together which made it impossible to to play with the lighting. The bathroom does not have the extended make-up mirror.This is also 2 hotels combined. Room was on the chilly side with heat on 70.
