The Best Western is on the edge of the French Quarter with mostvof the sights within 15 minutes walk.
The hotel is basic and clean. It looks like the pictures. The staff are friendly and helpful but do try to sell tours - don't take the tours without researching them as there are plenty of other companies offering the same thing.
The hotel is let down by the quality of the breakfast which is limited and disgusting. The fried eggs are like the rubber sole of a shoe - the server puts them out by hand by picking them up with rubber gloves. A little imagination with better quality cereals, fruits and cooked food for no additional cost could easily fix this.
I would stay on a room only basis.

Room was not as pictured on *******, could not close drapes completely, one chair for two people does not cut it. Room needed severe renovation.

Great all around, the breakfast was especially great. Curtains in the room should shut all the way though, this was hard to figure out, especially on the 2nd floor. A little odd.

Located in a quiet part of French Quarter. Walking dustancce from all attractions, restaurants and night life. Staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast is amazing. New dishes options daily. Perfect place for tourists.

Very near of the principals attractions, the good cleaning, the staff was very kind, the breakfast and checkout at 12:00 pm is a plus. Overall very satisfied

Older hotel but captures the feel of New Orleans and the French Quarter. Not a lot of dining or shopping options close to the hotel but only a few minutes walk to Bourbon Street where there is plenty of dining, shopping and bar options. Approx 10-15 minute walk to the French Market, Canal Street, River Walk, ******, etc. The free breakfast included was a real bonus. If you are not up to walking a lot then this probably isnt the hotel for you.

I purchased two rooms, one room pillow case had red stains on it and the other bed cover had a bad smell. When requesting an item front desk tells me no before saying she will check to confirm it’s available because it was. When asking for late checkout she tell me no before checking with house keeping. 2/13 on Mardi your morning staff was horrible, the front desk lady hangs up before I can finish my sentence, the young guy is on his phone instead of answering the phone ringing, the other short guy is hanging with friends instead of helping the front desk.
