酒店最大亮點是地段非常棒，在最中心的位置，晚上出行去法國區非常方便，距離各個旅遊景點也非常便利，附近治安也不錯。環境雖然不算優秀，但是也不錯的，衞生做得很好，早餐雖然簡單，但也還能吃飽。性價比超高，下次再來還會住這裏，

Cody and Kiesha( not sure that was her name - her daughter works there but it’s another property.) were both super nice. Door man on Sunday was quick to catch the door and always smiling. Manager introduced himself and was very engaging. The cost was reasonable. Rooms were well apportioned, even a small fridge for eventual left overs. Sooooo close to the French Quarter and Ceasar’s ******. Parking one block away. Highly recommend.

I didn't like the fact that although I didn't choose a room with no window, in essence that's still what I got, since the view out my window was a brick wall.

The people at the desk were courteous; however, their answer to every question is" I am not sure". There were some loud noise at night. When I brought it to the staff's attention, the answer was the same " I am not sure where the noise comes from". They weren't able to provide any information regarding tours, or restaurants. They need to be informed about what is available around the area so they can properly guide their guests.

Property was in good location a few blocks from Bourbon street. Staff was very helpful and provided good restaurants in the area to go to during our stay. We walked ot Bourbon St. but did not feel very safe as we were approached by many strangers offering voodoo cards and asking for handouts. New Orleans is a great city but they need to clean up the streets or the city will loose its charm.

Pro's; The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean & updated. The breakfast was convenient.
Con's; The area is sketchy because it is across the street from the french quarter and has a 24 hour liquor store next door. Alot of homeless can be found hanging around the area but that seems to be everywhere in the city.
Unfortunately, New Orleans has severely declined like so many other American cities.
