I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right in the French Quarter, so everything is within walking distance and very convenient if you’re trying to explore, eat, or go out. That’s honestly the highlight. Aside from that, the stay itself was just okay—nothing impressive. The biggest issue was the unexpected charges. When I arrived, I was charged a $120 deposit twice. One is still pending, and another charge (around $110) was actually taken and hasn’t been refunded, with no clear explanation. I had already paid for my stay through a third-party app, so I was not expecting to be charged additional fees like that at check-in. There was no clear communication about these charges beforehand, which made the whole situation frustrating and confusing. At this point, I don’t even know what the $110 charge was for. The lack of transparency and unexpected fees really ruined the experience for me. Great location, but poor communication and billing issues. Thumbs down.

Overall stay was okay. The best part was the location. Customer service was terrible. I already paid in full when booked the room. There was a cancellation flight prior to check in due to bad weather condition. I informed them as soon as I know. But things didn’t sort out until 3 days later. When checking in they told us the reservation was no longer available. I am a frequent traveler. This was my worst experience that I ever experienced. I would not suggest to anyone or staying here again.

Was there in December, it was quite cold in the room and since it was having a window to canal street also quite noisy. The room was ok but the other facilities are quite worn.

It's right there at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets, and you can't beat that location. The place is a bit old but very clean and their breakfast is great. And there is a great ice cream place beside the hotel and restaurants all around.

Nice hotel and service

Buffet is only available on Friday morning, took too long to order breakfasts. Noisy in middlenight 2:00AM, took me half an hour to find someone to complain to solve the problem.

The only good thing about the hotel is location. Rest everything sucks big time. There was no Hot Water for the shower in the rooms, had to shower with ice cold water and eventually caught cold. The Carpet smelled so bad and the corridor floors were dirty. Guest Services staff was super rude and cleaning staff kept knocking on the door even if Do no disturb sign was on. No Sound proofing, Super noisy when neighbouring doors are opened / closed. No Late checkout provided, no water in rooms. Far from 4 star hotel, more like a motel.

（二）我離開上面這家酒店後，酒店在我的信用卡上扣了我US $83.05，也𣎴給我帳單和發票。（如果是一天停車费的話，應該是$ 40多元）。我打電話去酒店去查詢，只有彔音，沒有回覆。下午三點高峰時間，幾十個客人排隊Check in ，前台只有二位接待人員，其中一位只接待會員，其余客人只能乾瞪眼，一個佣有1000以上房間的4星酒店，不太應該。
