On the main busy road easy access to everything Bourbon Street in walking distance the ****** was in walking distance basically most of the attractions are in walking distance. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at hotel .

Me and my fiance went on a little vacation and we loved the hotel everyone there was friendly and the room was clean and cool would and will stay again when i come back.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You are on the ‘edge’ of the French Quarter so not in all the chaos of it, yet it’s a mere 2 blocks to Bourbon Street. The hotel is well kept and clean, the staff is helpful, and our room was comfortable. I asked for a QUIET room and boy did we get one. We heard nothing at all in our room (#405) but, and this is important - the windows were treated with a privacy ‘film’ so you could not see out of them. That’s right - all that came in was light but you could not see anything out of them. That didn’t bother us because we only slept in the room and it was so nice and dark and quiet that it was an advantage. I only say this because if you want a view, this is not the room for you but if you want quiet and a good night’s sleep, this is great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well stocked and clean, and the furnishings very modern. We had the breakfast with the room option and the continental breakfast that is offered is very hearty but you can order a standard breakfast off the menu for a mere $13. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. You can not beat the location and the proximity to the French Quarter and the streetcars/busses.

Great location, very close to Bourbon & Royal St. lots of dinning options in the vicinity. Very close to the streetcar stops. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. If you’re going for Mardi Gras, this location is perfect!

Close to Bourbon Street and on Canal. Walkable to just about everything in French Quarter. Staff friendly and accommodating.

I would call for items that I needed and they told me I would have to come downstairs to pick them up and that they don’t bring them to your room because they are understaffed. For the cost of the rooms, I would expect the basics.

Right off Bourbon Street. Trolley stop at the corner. Everything we
Needed was in walking distance.
Check in was smooth. All the
Employees were pleasant.
Door man, valet, bar and restaurant. They were always cleaning the lobby. Great place to stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed 2 nites over NYE and my door would not open. i was locked in my room, out of my room and had to wait on the employees or maintenance man to open the door so many times.
