😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I vigorously DO NOT RECOMMEND this "grand/ historic/ top-rated boutique hotel".!!! Upon my arrival to Bourbon Orleans Hotel, unfortunately, I encountered quite a few substandard events. To start off, the hotels' valet apprentices were NOT competent nor qualified, said information discussed at departure by ALL management. Unlawfully, my prescriptions were stolen, and this unfortunate event was agonizingly overlooked by Bourbon Orleans Hotel along with the valet service that was used. As a result of this fiasco, I spent my vacation in bed and in pain by virtue of/ thanks to this adversity. So, because of this unpredictable outcome, I requested a FULL refund from valet management, which was resolved. In addition to the prior instance, another one came about when returning home and reviewing my credit card transactions. I noticed that Bourbon Orleans Hotel charged my account. This charge was of concern to me because my balcony, loft suite was already prepaid for MONTHS IN ADVANCE through Trip.com.!!! So, management investigated this issue and assured a refund. However, they never disclosed any additional information with me in relation to this SUBSTANTIAL amount. Now, 2 weeks later I'm STILL waiting on my refund and can't seem to get management on the phone to discuss this casualty.!!! All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this "supposedly" 4/5 star rated, elegant, grand, historic hotel that is named one of New Orleans Top Hotels.! Bourbon Orleans Hotel mislead me as well as fabricated information to try and cover up their erroneousness/ blunder. Honestly, if they don't want to use a third-party website to conduct business with and then TRY to charge their guests anyways, then they need to cancel their services with them. Simple as that.!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Right in the heart of the Frenxh Quarter. You can enjoy a great deal of New Orleans history and beauty by taking a 5 minute walk or a 10 minute cab ride. The doorman is always ready to ger you a cab. Beds were comfortable and cleaning professionals werw available whenever requested or on a schedule if that is your preferences. We were there dor for 12 days and never wanted for anything. My suggestion is to go there and ler them worry about the little stuff while you enjoy your vacation. .

The staff were very pleasant and always willing to help and answer questions. Within walking distance of many NOLA attractions and not a far drive from the rest. Could be a bit noisy at times, but that's expected being right next to Bourbon Street. Highly recommended if wanting to stay in French district.

A bit of a hiccup when checking in as my plane was delayed, I arrived late only to find out that the hotel has a bar at the Bourbon Street corner that plays music until 11 PM. It’s unfortunate as you can hear it rattle through the entire hotel, and all I wanted to do was go to sleep at that point. I even went so far as to request a different room on a higher floor, which the staff was very friendly and helped me do. However, it did not help. That is probably the only downside I could say about this experience.

Definitely in the heart of the action, right between party central bourbon street and quaint Royal Street!! Such a charming building, with an awesome cocktail bar, and war and welcoming staff!! Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic location and amenities. Only disappointed with room cleaning staff. Never replaced water coffee or bathroom soap without being asked

Staff very nice. Especially Patrice and the male Barista staff. They help me choose the right flavor drink and their conversation was warm and inviting.

Staff was fantastic, what I didn’t like was the distance our room was from the elevator. We were way around in the other side of the courtyard which was difficult for me as I have had Two hip replacements and have a bad back.
