Bienville House Hotel New Orleans

A little slice of New Orleans charm. The Bienville Hotel nails that boutique feel with its gorgeous high ceilings and character-filled interiors. The standout has to be the huge balcony, perfect for soaking up the buzz of the parades drifting past like a live soundtrack to your stay. Service-wise, the valet deserves a shoutout, especially the ever-smiling guy who made coming and going feel effortless and genuinely welcoming. If you want somewhere with personality, atmosphere, and a front-row seat to the city’s energy, this place delivers.

Good behind the scenes work and care. Got late coffee and valet service handled our 2 1/2 day stay quite well!

Great one night stay. Great location for the events I had planned

Very helpful and friendly staff

Everything was great apart from the shower pressure. Stunning historic hotel otherwise.

Buon hotel in ottima posizione. Camere un po’ datate e senza finestra

The hotel staff was awesome and Ms. Cynthia was extremely helpful along with the other staff. Everything was good with the room with the exception of the slanted floors . Bed was comfortable and surprisingly noise level was low. The last night there was an issue with the electricity no fault of the hotel however we was out of electricity from about 11p.m to 6 a.m the next day. Other than that everything went well. I recommend this hotel if you want to be close to everything but still have peace and quiet and the staff is great!

Such a beautiful, historic property in the heart of the French Quarter. Walkable to everything and onsite, valet parking available. The staff was very courteous and professional and held our luggage for us so we could go and enjoy lunch until our room was ready. Our beds were very comfortable and despite the central location, our patio room was very quiet. We only had one night here, but sure wish we could have stayed longer!

The front desk staff are rude. They ignored guests on several occasions. Our door keys were not working so we went back down to the desk to let them know and one followed us back up and tested them several times and they worked once out of several and they said they were fine. We were later locked out of our room because the lock batteries died. The one elevator doesn’t work consistently. The power went out for 6 hours during the night and there were no alerts or updates. We asked for a credit and were ignored.
