Calet and Check-in staff were all amazing. Very attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Photo Booth by the elevators was such a fun touch! Never laughed so hard in my life taking booth pictures again like I was a teenager!

My room smelled like a sewer. And the curtains that separated the bathroom from the room had crusty white stuff on it.

The shower tub in my room did not drain, I phoned the front desk and expressed this to the person who answered and they didn't offer any solution for my issue.

Great location, impressive decorating, friendly and polite staff, loved the rooftop bar. Room is comfortable and large!

We stayed during Mardi Gras and the hotel was quiet at night. The parade route was just around the corner and a 10-15 minute walk to the French Quarter. The staff were all friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The pool was kept at a nice warm temperature so it is quite nice even in the winter. Highly recommend. Had a great stay.

This was out first visit to New Orleans. The hotel was conveniently located to Bourbon St. & the trolley line. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checked into room. Bedsheets had unknown stain on them. Looked like blood. I had to call the front desk to send staff to change sheets.

Good service, great atmosphere. Comfy bed, hotel looks a bit tired in places they could do with some new carpets. However would definitely recommend!
