I’m so glad we found The Black Dolphin Inn! We came to NSB for a wedding and stayed the weekend. The room was perfect, and my favorite part was getting breakfast delivered to our room every morning, and eating it on the balcony while watching the squirrels play in the huge live oak! Definitely recommend!

This is an amazing eclectic boutique hotel. I would stay here over a Hilton any day. It feels like home, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and a Chef personally makes breakfast for the guest each morning. Do yourself a favor and visit this property on your next trip to this area.

What a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The room was amazing and the staff was so great. The breakfast was superb. We would go back in a HEARTBEAT!

A hidden gem. I spent my birthday there on Thanksgiving Day it was nice, and quiet. I sat in the courtyard that night it was chiily but comfortable. I did some journaling and relaxed. This is a great getaway for lovers or a single people like myself. You can't go wrong with this Inn the rooms are cozy and remind you of a home away from home.

This property is in a lovely location with amazing water and garden views. The rooms are very well appointed with all the amenities one can expect from a top notch property.

We had a great week at the Black Dolphin and plan to return. The river view, the firepit, The super breakfasts, and large nicely decorated room with wet bar are just a few of the reasons. The other thing that made our stay special was the friendliness of the owners and staff. NSB is a laid back kind of place and the Dolphin is walkable into the downtown Canal area with restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous place and a comfortable unique experience. I’d highly recommend. It feels like a nice family run operation but make no mistake, these are seasoned hospitality professionals.

It was Amazing!! I have stayed in lots of hotel and B&B’s and this was by far my favorite. Beautiful room, surroundings and fantastic service. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I stayed here as I was attending a wedding close by -several other wedding guests were there as well. I loved how each room was unique, staff were over the top helpful and the breakfast was delicious!! It was so relaxing to sit on the terrace and watch the dolphins swim by in the morning. It was a short walk to restaurants and shopping as well.
I was driving an EV and they even offered a free charging station. I'd also flown in so having access to beach towels and chairs was a nice plus as well. I would DEFINITELY stay here again :) If you are on the fence, go ahead and book - you won't regret it!
