Took my 8months old son and wife for a staycation, what we really here for is the 32F infinity pool. We booked the hotel for 2nights, The weather for these past three days are all above 24degreeC. However, the pool is freezing cold! We thought the hotel like this will use warm water, instead the opposite. 飯店居然沒提供溫水池，居然是冰水！ 中午來，室外接近30度C 水溫一樣太過低！根本沒人在用泳池，大人都無法承受的溫度 何況是小孩。如果是因為泳池想來訂房 建議等夏天再訂吧。夏天以外的時間入住 根本沒機會能用到泳池，超不推薦！還有 因為帶小孩推嬰兒車 電梯也只有一台能上頂樓， 等電梯時間都非常久。
（自己覺得員工都蠻冷漠的 不太會主動和客人打招呼）

good hotel good location, but no taxi at the entrance and may wait a bit long time. Staff are friendly but need to improve english skills.

Nice place for family and couples relax. Very convenient for play and shopping, near hotel have shopping mall and HSR Station

Hotel staff are professional and we are checked in accordingly. The room is big and clean. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel since there are lots of local food available near the hotel.

Good for business / tourism outside of Taipei city but close enough to transportation / HSR / Subway / Bus / Taxi(Uber).

When you see the Hilton brand, that’s means you already know about the service quality with a good customer experience. Therefore, in this Taiwan, the location is great with the well-served service from staff, and come along with a great decoration and cleanliness.

Room is spacious with luxurious vibe, convenience store is nearby and walkable distance to the train station with HSR/TRA/MRT. Staff was helpful and friendly with hassle free check in/out. Nice swimming pool on the roof with good view of taipei from the top. Definitely will come back to Hilton again for next visit.
