Everything was good except for the elevator situation. You have to wait for at least 15 minutes to get to your room. I'm not even joking. So, if you're willing to wait for 15 to 20 minutes to reach your room, then you can consider booking the hotel.

For the location and the area and the cost having to wait in line for elevator with 23 floors !!! Up to 30 minutes each time we were cause to be late to ballet and broadway shows !! Our blinds in our rooms didn’t not open to see the city lights and view that we paid for we won’t recommend this hotel and would hope we would get some type of credit or reimbursement to us for the 5 days we stayed this should be fixed immediately!!!!

One elevator was broken and when we checked in they made it seem like it just happened and would be fixed soon. Come to find out the elevator had been broken and was not actively getting fixed. Rude people at the front when checking in, never got my free cookie. Was told I would get them sent to my room and never did.
Convenient store in the lobby was empty and couldn't even buy water. Pretty bad experience, only good thing was it was close to where I was going.

The location is optimal for shows at Radio City Music Hall. On the same block so you can never miss a show. Also super close to Rockafeller Center. The restaurant on site is lovely with awesome views. The one elevator functioning at the time made it difficult for guests and staff to get where they needed to be. We did wait maximum 10 minutes for the elevator to make its way back down to the ground level or up to our floor. The lobby was limited on drinks and snacks as their delivery was delayed the day prior. Parking is a block over and we cut through American Girl store so we didnt have to go around tbe whole block with our baggage. Rooms are super small but its what you pay for. Ice can only be found on level 2 or at the restaurant on level 7. Slightly inconvenient with the elevator being down. Overall 7 out of 10.

Outstanding value for the location with easy access to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful, room cleaning was excellent. Only one elevator working for use by 25 floors, restaurant and employees. Room was HOT and adjusting unit made no difference. Inconveniences I was willing to live with for the great price.

Dawn at the front desk was awesome ! We arrived at the hotel to drop our bags off at 8 am, knowing that check in was not until 3 pm. We just wanted to leave our bags on property so we could start our day in the city . She actually allowed us to check in early at no additional cost , and even gave us a better room at no additional cost . She went above and beyond for us ! I will definitely stay here again !!

Great front desk and cleaning staff. Central location for entertainment and subway/bus lines. Only slight knock is one elevator not working. Would definitely stay again!

I have seen a lot of negative reviews - I don't know why. Clean, modern rooms. Friendly staff who greeted me every time I came and went. Close to everything I needed. They do only have one elevator working but they gave me the option of a 2nd floor room so I could take the stairs. They explained parking ($45) and the gentleman at the garage was very helpful. It's just around the block, a quick walk. Pro tip - if you get in during business hours you can cut through the Chase Bank to the hotel. I would totally stay here again
