This property is converted apartments, which translated into a surprisingly large space with an efficiency kitchen/dining area and living room, a bathroom, and a smallish bedroom with two twin beds. The place was spotless and the wood floors were shiny and seemed recently refinished. We ended up paying a premium for New Year's Eve Friday, $370 for the night; regular rate is half this and would be a very good deal indeed by NYC standards. Only two complaints: "parking," mentioned on the webpage, cost $55/night and was a six-block walk. If you're driving, this probably isn't your place. Also, although the kitchen had a small coffee machine, no coffee set-ups were provided, nor was there coffee (much less breakfast!) downstairs. Management could easily provide in-room coffee set-ups for a couple of bucks a night. Apart from these two things, the room was excellent.
