Gelme! Gelme! Gelme! ! ! Oda arkadaşlarım geldi, arkadaşlarım da evime geldi. Uyku kalitem iyi olmadığı için bir gece otelde kalmak istedim ama otel çok ama çok gürültülüydü! ! ! Dışarıdaki yol çok gürültülüydü, alt katta sabahın erken saatlerinde inşaata başlayan bir inşaat alanı olduğundan ve dinlenmenin imkanı olmadığından bahsetmiyorum bile. Üstelik otelin broşürleri ve çarşafları küf kokuyor ve hassas cilde sahip kişiler alerjiye yatkındır. Olayı Ctrip ve otel aracılığıyla bildirdikten sonra otel, üzgün olduğunu ancak herhangi bir tazminat sağlayamayacağı konusunda ısrar etti. Gerçekten buraya gelmeyin, burada yaşayamazsınız💣

AC hotel is good enough to fulfill what you expected in NY City, The property is clean and quiet even closed to street. The room looks the same as the photos when booking. And the stuffings are very nice and helpful, they gave us a big help for storing our 6 pieces luggage and bags at 9 am on Sunday, then we don’t have to carry them visit the museum. And second floor is nice and cozy for resting. We will definitely visit next time if back in NY city.

Good stay experience in NYC. Safe and quiet location tough not so close to subway station. Near Wall street and surrounded by restaurants. A very good standardized hotel stay in NYC.

I have to say that except for the good geographical location, it’s really not worth it. I ordered two rooms for more than 1,000 dollars with breakfast. However about the breakfast, you can see the picture for details. When we asked the front desk of the restaurant and he told that we can order something alone, but It’s just an ordinary omelet with no special features, I have to say that we were all hungry after this terrible breakfast !! Coffee is a large barrel buffet cooked in advance. There is only one front desk in the restaurant. Before customers left, the waiter began to clean up. Regarding the hotel configuration, the room doesn‘t even have a kettle. If you want to experience a high star hotel, it is best to pass by!

Overall the service is good. The first room we had was not clean but the hotel changed the room for us.

房間設施老舊，看的出翻新過，但是傢俱還是老舊。酒店位置不錯，去唐人街和911華爾街都可步行到達。Eataly在一個商場三樓，裏面有意大利各種麪食，奶酪和燻肉等等，食物豐富，可以從酒店步行10分鐘就到，這次的紐約之行感覺很滿意的地方。

優點：房間在曼哈頓算大的，性價比比較高，服務還算友善，每天會有人整理房間打掃衞生，每天會送兩小瓶水（其他酒店都不給送）
缺點：離地鐵稍遠，走路10分鐘

非常滿意的一家酒店，雖然房間不大，但是比較精緻，乾淨，洗髮水和護髮素很好用，前台工作人員很好，我不會英文，手機翻譯拿了兩次礦泉水，都非常的熱情，是一家靠在湖邊的酒店，景色不錯，離華人區也不遠，出行非常方便。
