Room is very clean. It is quiet as well. The people at the reception is super nice and thoughtful. They take care of customers. I was very happy about my stay and will definitely recommend to my friends.

I really enjoyed staying there.. Not like other Big hotel chain hotels, they offer extra mile service in detail. I was impressed. Keep doing the great work. Thank you very much.

Great location. Right in the heart of midtown. The staff is super friendly, rooms were clean, good housekeeping. The hotel needs to add a few amenities to the room , but overall a great experience 👍

Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute des clients afin de satisfaire nos demandes.
Je garderai un très bon souvenir du personnel ANDRÉ ou ANDREW qui est très très gentil….
Je remercie aussi l’hôtesse d’origine haïtienne qui parle parfaitement le Français…
Un Hôtel que je recommande car en dehors du prix qui est très satisfaisant… des services gratuit comme le thé, le chocolat chaud et autres sont mis gratuitement à la portée des clients .

酒店房間超過預期👍
✅ 房間比想象中大，很好看，比較乾淨，浴室不錯，東西都很全，窗外就是帝國大廈。房間裏還有一個小吧枱，有咖啡機，水槽和微波爐。交通非常方便，但是房間一點也不吵。
❎ 被敲了很多次門，説house keeping，隱約聽到門被打開了幾次，衹能用物理的門鎖頂住，且開關關不了床頭燈
In general 下次如果多人出行會繼續考慮這家

很差的體驗，退房後無中生有扣款250美元，説把牀頭櫃的底板打破了，其實根本沒有。我退房時還問了有沒有什麼費用，退房後還在大堂坐了一小時，都沒有人反映問題。我早出晚歸，除了睡覺，根本沒有時間在房間做什麼動作，請攜程多次溝通無效，.是個亂收費的酒店，查評！絕對不能再去！

前台熱情友善，房間衛浴大小適中，以曼哈頓的標準已經很不錯了，雖然住的樓層不高，晚上也很安靜，睡的很好，雖然是比較有歷史的酒店，但維持得很乾淨，出門走10分鐘就可以走到梅西百貨，時代廣場，非常推薦！
