我住過的4000多一晚上酒店裡最差的一家。面積非常小，窗外上面是牆，距離不到1米，熱水管出來的是帶白泡沫的熱水。太差太差。。

幫女兒和同學預訂的。結果她們當天入住時發現酒店提供的被褥跟被套是分開的，所謂的被褥就是一條很臟的毯子。後來她們跟前台反應後，服務員送來兩條還是沒有套上被套的棉被，説他們酒店就是一直這樣的，還説7:00/22:00是他們服務時間，之後有什麼問題明天再説。我跟攜程客服人員“可馨”反應後，她及時跟進，當天就解決了問題，服務員後來總算送來兩條正常人類睡覺蓋在身上的被子，值班經理説也許是溝通不暢，但我女兒英語口語完全能跟本地人交流她同學更是從小出生居住在這裏的，何談溝通問題呢？這裏要感謝客服人員可馨積極為我們跟進當天解決了這個問題，孩子們在他鄉也感受到攜程隨時隨地的幫助。

Excellent., but Ignore anything about “park view”. There is no views here. Still worth it though hehe.

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Hotel Central Park. I wanted a place that was really nice, but didn't feel too fancy or exclusive. I loved the industrial/natural style here.
The staff was friendly & helpful. We were able to stash our luggage before check in & after check out.
The room was cozy, although it was actually a little too cozy, now that I am remembering... we wanted to turn on the air, but it wouldn't work at all. The fan would even come on to circulate air. Not sure if the heat worked, because we didn't need it! We left our window open to cool off, but the street noise kept waking my husband up. (I personally didn't notice it.)
Other than the room being too warm, it was an enjoyable stay.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Yummy food and great atmosphere. Suggest parking your own car in garage next to hotel. Will stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, great location in midtown where it was close enough to everything but far enough from the Times Square madness. Also super short walk to Central Park. Staff was incredible. Loved the vibes, rustic New Yorky. Only issue was the rooms are not very well insulated sound wise from the other rooms and the hallway. There would be times that my neighbors door would open/close and it would scare me into thinking mine was opening. I don’t know how they fix that, but they need to if I plan to stay there again. Other than that one thing the hotel is perfect.

Excellent location, very good breakfast and food (apart from the pancakes), the hotel is beautiful, different, contemporary. The room was beautiful and spacious, shame about the view.
The only flaw: the deposit request. It doesn't have a high cost but since it isn't budgeted or indicated anywhere, it locks in an amount you could use for something else for the entire time of your stay.
