The room was great— better than expected. The room was clean, comfortable and even had cool exercise equipment. Perfect for a quick stay. Only thing I’d say the hotel needs is a grab and go type of food/drink option. They do have free ginger line water however, which was a treat.

半夜房間空調自己莫名其妙地開了，而且噪音極大，搞的半宿沒睡。燈的開關也不好用。

Great location as we needed to be on the west side of NY for an event. Super clean, friendly staff and love the fitness options right in our room.

this is a gem of a hotel - every aspect was great. locations seemed like it could be noisy but it wasn't at all. fun too with the fitness focus.

I was surprised by an additional fee imposed by the hotel at check-in. I was told that this was added because I used ******* to book the room.
Given the lack of transparency around fees, I am unlikely to use Epedia or IHG properties in the future.
