Spent my birthday weekend here with 12 guests in my party and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Very clean, tidy and accommodating. Definitely staying here again.

This is probably my fourth time to book this hotel. Always enjoy my stay. My recent 5 nights were great. Except for two days when housekeeping didn't clean the room until late afternoon. Otherwise, all good! Staff were friendly as usual and very accommodating.

Very nice and clean! Located in midtown it’s a pretty short walk to time square! Friendly staff and a nice bar in the lobby. Would stay there again!

My friends and I did a girls weekend in nyc and stayed here. The location was super convenient, easy to get to where we wanted to go in Manhattan and also close by to the L train to get into Brooklyn. Hotel itself was very clean, service was great, and the beds were super comfy! Rooms were very updated and were a relaxing place for us to come back to at the end of a busy day walking around. Our room was also pretty quiet at night, didn’t hear any noise, as the hotel is located on a quieter section of 27th. Would highly recommend!

Be prepared to wait for your room even if you arrive after 3 pm. Also, you pay a resort fee - they don’t tell you that. They lie and say the charge is for incidentals. So if you don’t touch the fridge items and don’t use the WiFi you still get charged. I had one member of staff tell me the charge will drop off, resort fees do not drop off. That said, the vibe (music and ambiance) was nice. Still I don’t like being lied to.

Very close to the train station, modern & clean facilities, and very helpful staff. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the construction noise outside, which the hotel can’t control.
