1. The lift is horrible, was more than 10min wait at around 10am breakfast rush hour. I had to get down half an hour earlier to avoid that rush hour when I was leaving on the last day.
2. The air conditioning is very very noisy. Room facilities are very old.
3. The complimentary happy hour drink is very hard to get, there is always a long queue.
4. Breakfast is always crowded and not very good quality.

Well, I've been in many hotels in Manhattan. And this hotel seemed to me the best in everything. in fact this will be the hotel for my next stays in manhattan and of course I recommend it to everyone

I booked super king room, but they gave ne super tiny room, they said there is no more room, but I booked 3 days ago, should leave the room for me? Service so so and dirty! The room is so tight! The lobby is so tight and dirty! The service is really bad!!!

Nice hotel for travel and economic budget but the breakfast choice is pretty same the whole week I stayed overall since the hotel is accessible to metro and train station and nearby sites just for the location it’s worth staying and the hotel needs improvement in terms of facilities and breakfast.

大廳裝修現代，總體都很小 大廳小，房間很小，和國內招待所差不多吧 層高也很低 ，體驗不好👎，一大早不停敲門，糟糕 下次不會再來

四天都沒人打掃 ，差不多¥3000 每晚，像個招待所，房價小，格局不好，位置還可以，隔音很差，最不可以理解四天不打掃，第三天實在受不了去前台重重的要求，結果還是不處理，失望，
