Şimdiye kadarki en kötü check-in deneyimi. New York'a kalmak için gelen herkes aldanacaktır. Hizmet son derece zayıftır ve hatta gelişigüzel bahşiş bile isterler.

Avantajları: İyi konum, önemli turistik mekanlara yakın
Dezavantajları: Otele ilk girdiğimde tuvalette hala sifonu çekilmemiş kağıt havluların olduğunu ve otelin musluk suyunun sarı renkte olduğunu gördüm. Otel TV'si yavaş yanıt veriyordu ve oynatma gecikiyordu.

Have stayed here numerous times, and it's consistently a well managed and run hotel. Clean and conveniently located with a great view in most rooms.

The hotel is acceptable, considered the price is relatively cheap among the other hotels in manhattan. But no coffee and tea bag, nor kettle are provided.

The room offered a lovely view of the One World Trade Center, and its location is conveniently close to subway stations. However, the room could benefit from some updates, as it seemed a bit old and outdated.

We booked a 3-night stay at The Washington by Luxurban hotel from May 15th to 18th. After staying at the hotel, when we woke up on the second night, my son was bitten twice on the forehead by an insect and my wife was bitten on the back. Our family refused the hotel. After deciding not to stay overnight, I met the hotel reception staff and explained the situation. The young staff apologized and said that you can leave. We will transfer your payment for one day to your card within 24 hours. He even wrote it on a piece of paper. The money has not been credited to my card yet. Please settle this complaint!!! If we don't refund, we will take further measures. Lies should not win in anything. The truth will always win.

Had already stayed 3 nights in another room in the same hotel and wanted to stay another night, but couldn't stay in the same room cause it had been booked. This time didn't get the same view, but it wasn't bad all all. The bell man downstairs hold our luggage while we waited to checked in. Will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to come and visit New York City.
