Travelodge Newbury Chieveley M4

Stayed here a few times. Would recommend.

during a 40-day stay in the hotel, our room was not cleaned even once, not to mention that someone asked us if we needed new towels, sheets, and we bought the toilet paper ourselves! The service is not bad, it is lacking at all, this hotel lacks any kind of management Towels scattered in the corridors, strollers left for days, and in the event of a fire, exiting the corridors would be more than difficult! Generally speaking, if pets were not allowed in the hotel, I would not stay even 5 minutes there for anything in the world!

I would just like to say if you are going to stay at this Travelodge I would 100% recommend! I’ve stayed here for a total of 2 weeks now and every member of staff especially Jodie and Sanjay have been nothing but helpful! Nothing but good words to say, top service and to top it off there is food and drink places a stone throw from the entrance!

Welcome and helpful staff really made it a great stay. Excellent value, loved having a bath. All our rooms were a good standard

Stayed at this hotel 1st june 24 to 3rd june 24 and found all to be very good, room clean with good facilities and very helpful staff, wifi worked on my phone but not my ipad, the only issue I have with this travelodge is that it allows pets and the room I was in was clean there was a dog smell

My so and I very much enjoyed our stay at Travelodge Newbury Chieveley. The rooms were spotlessly clean, big and comfortable. Everything we expected was provided, the water was nice and hot and the TV was fine. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and friendly, and the whole building was kept clean. Plenty of space in the car park also. We will definitely come again.

Hotel and staff nice enough but there was a really annoying noise throughout our stay from the lorry park outside our room. We had to close the window to reduce the disturbance but we could still hear it and it disturbed our sleep for sure. It sounded like generators or cooling systems on the lorries - perhaps a good idea to investigate relocating the HGVs a bit further away from the back of the hotel?

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble, comfortable nights sleep and room was very clean.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The hotel was very clean. Sanjay Was very welcoming and would always makes sure that if he saw you he would put his hand up or say hello to you. The rest of staff are also really friendly and welcoming. If you needed anything they are more than happy to help you.
