A friend and I stayed at the Newport Harbor and Marina Hotel.
We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.

Hotel in need of serious updating…tub did not drain, tv did not work properly, front desk staff and restaurant staff were disinterested to help and were borderline rude.

When we first got into the room our bathroom was not the cleanest... toilet seat did not seem clean at all. The floor of the room did not look like it had been vaccumed..could have been taken care of a bit better

We stayed for 2 nights in the heart of Newport. It is a nice hotel. Comfortable bed. But not many amenities for guests who stay more than 1 night. Our room included 2 complimentary bottles of water, but they were not replaced on the 2nd day. We were given a free drink or coffee in their "restaurant" but just for one evening or morning. They took the trash and replaced the towels, but didn’t make the bed. The TV and remote are very outdated!

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose it due to its location in downtown Newport and accessibility to dining and shops, and it didn’t disappoint. We knew it wasn’t going to be the most luxurious accommodations. However, the room, especially the bathroom, and in particular the bathtub needs updating. The shower curtain hanging so low into the tub felt unhygienic and unsafe, as a potential slip and fall. The mattresses could use replacing as well. None of this detracted from our stay and overall experience.

No fan in bathroom, bed was not comfortable, vending machines had no availability of items, limited restaurant hours and food items did not look very appetizing. Overall would not stay here again.

They offer you a free drink cards and then charge you a fee called overnight charge for $35. and say it is for salt pool and free drinks. They didn't tell me about salt pool when I came in.

Definitely not worth the money, poor plumbing in bathroom.. shonky fittings. Need to update internet, filtered for breakfast but not included.
