We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was the best combination of firmness & plushness that we've experienced. There was good light in the room & bathroom, and both sides of the bed had plug-ins for computers/phones. The temperature in the room was easily adjusted for maximum comfort.
We also enjoyed the morning breakfast, and the front desk staff was always smiling & welcoming. All in all, we would recommend this Comfort Inn to others and would be glad to return here ourselves. Thank you, Comfort Inn!

This was a nice hotel, reasonably priced compared to other hotels around and conveniently located to many places. The coffee machine was a very nice amenity. Also, our fire alarm kept going off so I reported it to the front desk, but no one came to fix it. Also, a hotel employee that looked at it said is was an old fire alarm. This was my only complaint. The staff was friendly, hotel and rooms clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

What I loved the most was the quietness and the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff were amazing and so pleasant.

5 star for us! The location was great for many different shops, restaurants, and easy access to the highway for travel. Stayed 2 nights over the weekend for local sporting events and couldn't have been more pleased. I wasn't expecting much based on reviews, but I have to say it definitely was different.
Staff from the time we walked in was pleasant and friendly. Pleasant and cheerful greeting each time they saw us. Helpful with local area recommendations as well.
Rooms were clean, and staff was accommodating whe. We thought the TV didn't work (just needed reset) or extra blankets and towels.
Breakfast was to be served at 7, and it was hot and ready. Thankfully, since we were headed out just at that time for our event. Hot eggs, bacon, and waffles were perfect.
Definitely recommend it and would stay here again

Friendly staff. In pm, staff need to present themselves better in appearance. Clean rooms and bath.
need more pillows for sofa bed.

Had reserved a room, they gave me a worst room, the room had a horrible stench. If I wasn't so tired at the moment I would have switched hotels

Great hotel to stay at if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well maintained building with friendly and helpful staff for a great price. In a good location, walking distance to the mall, 25-30 mins from downtown Norfolk and ODU’s campus. Lots of restaurants right around it, walking and driving distances both. No complaints at all about this property or the area. Would recommend!
