Great view. From my room can see the sea view totally. Like walking in the ocean. The staff are very friendly. If have another chance i would turn back. Enjoyable time. You can eat traditional food like pho. Bun rieu. Bun bo on the duong hien quyen street

Hotel is wonderful, the staff is very polite. They always try to please the guest. When we wanted to swim in the pool after closing, we were allowed for an hour. And it makes me so happy . Receptionist is perfect

Hotel is nice but I wasn’t provided with proper basic needs. I didn’t get hot water so I wasn’t able to shower at all the first night and couldn’t really shower properly the second night either since I only got barely lukewarm water but I had to wait nearly AN HOUR for the water to be warm!. The hotel staff tried to fix it but couldn’t do much about it. I booked for a 7 nightS stay but ended up having to cancel the reservation due to it. I tried to request a refund for the remaining Nights but the hotel staff REFUSED to REFUND the money. That’s very ridiculous considering the fact that they couldn’t provide the basic needs for the guests. I guest they only care about taking people money whether the service was being provided or not….DONT RECOMMEND IT!

Отличный отель. Спокойный район на севере Нячанга, не в центре, поэтому мало туристов и байкеров. До центра можно без проблем добраться на байк-такси. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда поможет. Официанты запоминают Ваши заказы и в следующий раз, не спрашивая, несут Вашу любимую еду.

JoyTrip Hotel đã mang đến trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và gia đình tôi đã thực sự cảm thấy được nghỉ dưỡng trong những ngày nghỉ của gia đình. Chúng tôi thực sự cảm thấy hài lòng với chất lượng dịch vụ, sự ân cần chu đáo của các nhân viên và đặc biệt là không gian và view của phòng mà chúng tôi ở. Hơn thế nữa chúng tôi còn được trải nghiệm 1 buổi tiệc canapé dành riêng cho khách ở tại khách sạn.

View siêu đẹp. Ngắm nhìn cả đại dương và danh lam. Nhân viên thân thiện , nhiệt tình. Yên tĩnh , Gần bến du thuyền và tắm bùn. Phòng view biển cực đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, ăn sáng ngon, vị trí thuận thiện gần các nhà hàng & quán ăn, cà phê, bar. Phòng 2002 view rất đẹp, giường rộng, mình đi 2 vợ chồng được setup honaymoon miễn phí

나트랑 북쪽 외곽에 위치해 인근에 볼건 얼마 없으나 신축 건물에 친절한 직원들 그리고 하루 저녘 나와 술친구를 해준 펑 매니져 등 5박6일 간 너무 감사했습니다^^ 바다 바로 앞이라 오리지날 100% 오션뷰에 루프탑 수영장 까지 나에게는 완벽한 호텔 이었습니다.
