The location is pretty awesome. Close the beach ( just 30-sec walk ), near to the business area. And there is a convenient store downstairs, which is perfect for us.
The staff is also friendly and nice.
The view is my favorite. We are able to watch the sea as we get up everyday.
However, the bathroom may be the main defect. The water from the shower is easy to spread to the floor that makes it so wet and slippery. And the power of water is not strong enough.

Very nice place, breakfast is good, the breach so beautiful. The service are good. Transport arrangements are good as well.

I got problem with my reservation but the staff help me to resolve and she did it well. I’m so appreciated with her so much. All staff were treated so nice and professional.

Excellent hotel for the buck. Hotel was clean, accessibility was great, has convenience store on the 1st floor. Staffs were kind and willing to give a lot of help. I appreciate the warm kindness and assistant from especially Annie and Nhah(sorry if spelled wrong).

Room type we booked was comfortable.Location was good, I like it so much.
The only two things made me unsatisfied . The gym room and swimming pool under maintenance, opened from 4pm-8pm only, then only two small bottle water provided everyday.

This hotel is perfect - pretty much. Right on the beachfront, spacious room, large bathroom, outdoor pool, gym/workout room, bar/restaurant, super helpful staff. Could not have asked for more.
It’s location is perfect for other bars, coffee shops and restaurants too. Bit of a spin from the airport (approx 40/45 mins) and about 20/30 mins drive for VinWonders.
Handy little convenience and souvenir stores in the area too.
I’ll definitely be back to Nha Trang and Star City will be top of my list for accommodation.

Perfect location, just in front of the sea.
After 9pm it's becoming loud because of the lounge bar on the beach. Pay attention to that before booking if you care about that.
Breakfast were included and that was so delicious. Buffet, so you can choose any food and drinks you want to.
The only minus for me was a Wi-Fi. It was disconnected every 10 min. However, they have a good WiFi at the lobby.
They provide towels and there's free lounge chairs on the beach for hotel guests.
They speak English, someone more that others, therefore they find someone to help you.
