Ambiance by the Falls B&B

一對中國夫婦經營的完美民宿，房子收拾的非常漂亮，乾淨，早餐也豐盛。走到瀑布幾分鐘，走到白水漫步半小時，免費停車。疫情過後，我們是第一位入住的中國客人，老倆口特別熱情，感覺真親切。

Staying at Ambiance by the Falls was a great experience for us. The rooms are small but cozy and breakfast was excellent, with china, cloth tablecloths and napkins. Kevin and Anna were wonderful, gracious hosts. Be prepared to bring slippers, since shoes are not permitted past the vestibule. We would definitely stay there again.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely B+B! It is calm, clean, and very nicely furnished. Kevin always made sure there were beverages available and the beautifully prepared breakfast was very much appreciated. You can tell that he and his wife take great pride in their business. You feel like you are staying with family! We loved the closeness to the Falls, the parking available and close proximity to public transportation. The room was small but we knew that when we booked, so wasn't an issue. The shower was amazing with the rainfall shower head! Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area.

A place like this is precisely why I always look first for a B&B whenever I travel. My room and bed were totally comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and filling all four mornings. I'm not a coffee drinker, but there was always a big pitcher of orange juice. I never met Anna, but did meet Kevin, and he was always friendly and helpful. Internet service was excellent. Perhaps the best thing besides the house itself was its proximity to the heart of Niagara Fall. There is plenty of parking space in the back if you drive, but I walked everywhere. In fact, that proximity was a big reason I chose it -- close enough to everything that I didn't have to rent a car. The Green Line WeGo bus service is a couple blocks away alongside the river; the Blue Line is a couple bocks away toward the main part of town. Should I be fortunate enough to return (and I do want to return), I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Found this little gem on a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. Beautifully clean and furnished, 2 minute walk to the water park, hotels, etc. So much nicer than staying in a tired hotel room as a couple with a 5 year old. We had the Cosy Suite, a 2 bed annexe and it was perfect. Lovely kitchen facilities, comfy beds, 2 x en-suites and tastefully decorated. Parking space included. We did self check in, and had a seamless stay. Would 100% recommend, really lovely place!

We spent one night in the Yellow room. A quirky room, as advertised, with a bath at the foot of the bed, but toilet separate within the room. The house and room were very clean and the mattress comfortable. The Air Conditioning set comfortably and no noise from it at all. It was amazing that we were steps away from hoards of people at the Falls on such a quiet street. Internet took a few tries to connect, but got working. Breakfast was plentiful. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, ham, fruits, granola and more. Lovely jazz music played during breakfast which made for a great atmosphere. Niagara Falls has become ridiculously expensive. Kevin and Anna will make sure you have a lovely stay. I would stay here again.

We would stay at this B&B again and again. The location is great and within walking distance to the Falls attractions and restaurants. So, leave your car in the free, back parking lot and just walk. We enjoyed the warm welcome throughout our three-night stay. The B&B is spotless and quiet, and the breakfast is great. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day and there's even a small refrigerator to share. Thanks, Kevin for your kind hospitality.

I had a lovely stay with Kevin and Anna. I stayed in the yellow room. It was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable and had a bathroom in the room. The breakfasts were delicious. I loved coming down to nice smells every morning. My favorite was the muffins and warm croissants. This bed and breakfast is located on a quiet street within walking distance of the falls. The only noise I heard was the fireworks. I spent 2 nights here. This is a very popular bed and breakfast, and I was lucky that Kevin and Anna had space. I recommend that you stay here you won't be disappointed.

Such a wonderful experience. Rooms were spectacular, less than 10 minutes to the falls, private parking in the back. Linens and towels were fresh, clean, and soft. Breakfast was such a treat!! They had the most amazing croissants, hashbrowns, and sausages. Kevin and his wife were so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean place in a quiet neighbourhood.
