Is located quite a bit of walk from the station..
but manageable walk to station as well as to the city town. There’s a supermarket nearby so its very convenient! Has a great view of the church and area is quiet and safe. Rooms are spacious but could be better lighted. Is very dim at night as the room lights aint that bright…

The room is too small and pricy for 5 people and the hotel shouldn’t have 5 into one room.

2nd time staying at this hotel.
2 bedroom suite was comfortable and big with large balcony rooftop with a great view of the sea. King+2 twins + sofa bed can sleep 6.
They were kind to let me check in 1 hour early as check in is strictly 3pm. I came at 2.15pm.
However don't borrow the umbrellas from the reception if it rains. I borrowed 2 umbrellas to go across the road to levingt4 for dinner and the receptionist told me that if it breaks I will have to pay. I opened the umbrellas and one of them was already broken. She agreed to swap for a better one. When I came back she tried to charge me eur15 for the other umbrella that was not broken but 1 joint was out of shape. I argued that the umbrella was not broken and agreed to pay only if I took photos of the umbrella to make a complaint. She then agreed not to charge me. Very poor quality umbrellas to begin with. Poor management to offer such lousy umbrellas. Next time it rains just walk in the rain with a good! Don't be scammed!

Would like to give credit to front desk staff and manager as they are really polite, welcoming and well prepared the room during our stay. Although the hotel property is a little bit run down but knowing they are doing their best to maintain it and overall satisfy.

The location is great. Also there is a parking garage. However, the cleanliness should be improved, because the bathroom was not clean at all. The service was good.

因為之前在尼斯預訂的那家服務非常糟糕，換到了這裏，位置很好，雖然離我要去辦事的地方比之前的酒店遠一點，但也不想忍受服務不好的遭遇，本來入住時前台的那個美女服務非常熱情，讓我感覺真的是換對了，畢竟假日這個品牌還是值得信賴的，但是晚上在房間洗完澡後，下樓在門口抽煙，可能是因為剛進去一個客人沒關好門，我莫名其妙的被前台一個穿着白西服的黑人兄弟大吼，然後狠狠的摔上了酒店大門，哎，本來可以打個高分的酒店，但是如果你不像被黑人兄弟無端欺負還是不要選擇這樣的酒店了

前台小姐姐服務非常熱情，得知我們是第一次來尼斯還詳細介紹了當地景點。地理位置上也還算方便，出門就是地鐵站，離市中心各條主要街道5分鐘步行時間，走到火車站大約10分鐘。

니스를 자주 오는데 가성비 좋은 호텔이라해서 왔어요
근처에 호텔 여러군데 이용했지만 여기 위치며 방 크기가 좋아요
가성비 호텔은 맞아요 그러나 좀 시설이 오래되어 어둡고 침대가 푹 꺼졌네요ㅠ 그래서 조금 아쉽지만
가격과 위치생각하면 좋은 옵션이긴 합니다
