It was at nice location. They were quite helpful with our luggage. The problem i had was, whilst booking my room, i chose double bed option. But they have arranged two separate twin beds for us. They said they can’t arrange double bed for as they are fully booked. They view from the window was not courtyard either. Just a rooftop of some buildings. Which was bit of a let down. Also the kettle doesn’t work. And we had dirty tea cups in our room. So not very impressed.

The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and although check in took a while, the hotel was good value.
The location was good for both the old town and train station as well the tram to the airport.
The cafe next door was also good

First off - I’ve booked this hotel 2x previously. This time we arrived at 12m and was told our room was ready, but couldn’t get the keys to the room unless we paid 10 euros. Instead we left our bags and came back. I asked for our VIP gifts and was given a drink coupon. Would be have been nice to have gotten the keys to the room instead. Won’t stay here again as it seems they want to get every cent out of the guests versus customer service.

This is a great location for people who just want to come to the city not spend any time in a hotel and it’s convenient and want a place to sleep.

Great location, great price, great staff. This isn't a luxury hotel, but the staff really went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, including making dinner recommendations and reservations. Great value. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive hotel, this is a good option.

Basic but clean, good location near to train station, tram outside of hotel ten minute walk to the sea all in all good stay

Easy 5mins walk to station so handy for early train. Room fairly basic but fine. Pretty view out the front but that can come with street noise, in our case very early morning even with windows closed. Internal noise also an issue as music audible middle of the night. Did not have the breakfast as left at 7am but the cafe seems very popular.
